摘要： 管理会计是企业财务会计的重要组成部分之一，其不仅可以帮助企业实现科学决策，还可以提高企业的前瞻性与竞争力。现在，大数据时代管理会计也正在面临一些挑战：个别企业忽略了数据时代管理会计的重要性；部分企业的储存空间有限且分析技术不成熟；信息安全性难以保障；高素质的大数据管理会计人才缺乏。对此，企业可以采取全面加强管理会计方面的大数据意识、建立信息安全保障制度、引导培养高素质大数据管理会计人才等策略进行应对。

Abstract： Management accounting is one of the most important components of corporate financial accounting. It can not only help companies achieve scientific decision-making， but also improve the forward-lookingness and competitiveness of enterprise. Nowadays， management accounting in the era of big data is also facing some challenges： individual companies have neglected the importance of management accounting in the data era； some companies have limited storage space and the analysis technology is not mature； information security is difficult to guarantee； lack of high-quality big data management accounting talent. In this regard， companies can take measures， including comprehensively strengthening the big data awareness of management accounting， establishing information security protection systems and guiding the development of high-quality big data management accounting personnel.

0 引言

在大数据时代，我们在日常生活中的一举一动几乎都在互联网上留下了痕迹，因为我们的生活基本就在这张“网”上进行。不妨仔细回想一下，看看你的生活是不是也有这样的体验。你在某宝上购买了一个双肩包 ，之后的一段时间内，只要你打开某宝或者其他的购物平台，总会有大量有关双肩包的推送给你。你可能一开始会纳闷：购物平台好像商量好了似的，它们这么知道我喜好的商品及价位呢？其实，不必惊讶，因为这就是大数据的魔力。它可以搜集每一个互联网用户的信息应用来于企业的营销。在大数据的时代，企业在管理会计方面也面临了不少挑战。
