摘 要：随着城市智能建设的进一步拓展，针对社区养老问题亟待采用新方法和新渠道进行，将社区进行智慧改造，结合“互联网+”进行智慧社区的养老智能建设，从硬件服务和软件服务两个方面双管齐下，将会很好地满足社区居家养老的需要。

Abstract： With the further development of urban intelligent construction， in view of that the community endowment problems are urgently needed to be solved by adopting new methods and new channels， transforming the community into smart one， combining with "Internet +" for endowment construction of smart community， and implementing from two aspects of both hardware and software services， will meet the needs of the community home care endowment well.

1 引言

我国是世界上老龄人口最多的国家，具有人口基数大、增长快、收入低等特点。自2005—2015年，随着城市人口老龄化的加速，社区空巢家庭增多，而与之相适应的养老资源严重不足，尤其体现在城市养老院床位不足，且社区专业养老护理人员紧缺、服务不规范等方面。根据国家统计局和人口计生委的统计数据显示，2016年底，全国65岁以上老龄人口1.51亿，占总人口的10.75%，依据国际老龄标准7.81%来看，我国已经进入老龄化社会。发达国家在进入老龄化社会时，人均国民生产总值基本上在1～2万美元，而我国目前人均国民生产总值尚不到7 000美元，尤其老人在养老支出方面缺乏充沛的资金。截至2016年12月，我国每千名老年人仅拥有床位24.4张，养老资源严重缺乏。

与此同时，随着城市的快速发展，与之相对应的互联网电子信息技术也在快速发展，智慧城市的经验从欧美发达国家传到我国，并快速发展。面对城市人口老龄化的危机，以北京、上海和广州等一线城市开展的智慧社区养老服务，为我国智慧城市智慧社区的养老模式提供了借鉴。……
