摘 要：自高校扩招以来，毕业生人数逐年上升，为了使高校毕业生更加容易融入社会，地方高校转型发展已经成为势不可挡的趋势。而以培养应用型人才为目的的校企合作办学是转型教育普遍应用的一种模式，这种模式正在被各大地方高校如火如荼地探索和开展着。然而在取得一定成效的同时，校企合作在实践中也渐渐暴露出一些问题。本文以许昌学院瑞贝卡学院为例，提出了地方高校转型期校企合作办学发展建议。

Abstract： Since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities， the number of graduates increased year by year， in order to make college graduates more easily blend to the society， the development of local colleges transformation has become an irresistible trend. The school-enterprise cooperative running school with the purpose of cultivating application-oriented talents is a mode of transformation of education， which is being explored and carried out by universities in various places. However， at the same time of getting certain achievements， the school-enterprise cooperation has gradually revealed some problems in practice. This paper， taking the Rebecca School of Xuchang College as an example， proposed the suggestions on the development of school-enterprise cooperative running school in local colleges and universities transformation period.

隨着经济发展进入新常态，人才供给与需求关系发生了深刻的变化。高等教育结构性矛盾突出，同质化倾向严重，毕业生就业难和就业质量低的问题仍未有效缓解，生产服务一线紧缺的应用型、复合型、创新型人才培养机制尚未完全建立，人才培养结构和质量尚不适应经济结构调整和产业升级的要求。党的十九大报告指出：提高和保障民生水平，加强和创新社会治理，要优先发展教育事业。为了办好人民满意的教育、适应当今经济发展要求、解决企业“用工荒”及学生“就业难”的现实问题，校企合作办学定向培养社会需要的人才，能够实现学校、企业、人才三方共赢，已成为当今地方教育改革的必然趋势。

1 校企合作办学的重要意义

1.1 有利于突显学校办学特色、丰富师资队伍

校企合作办学是地方高校结合本地的特色经济产业，突破理论型人才同质化、学历普遍化、就业质量低等难题，抓住特色办学这一重点，与企业开展深度合作。……
