摘 要 新媒体环境下思政工作更加复杂化，也更加严峻，更难开展，然而越是这样的情况越要有迎难而上的决心。在发挥并利用新媒体在思政教育方面优势的同时，要始终在校党委的领导下团结一切力量加入到思政工作上来，了解并引导大学生的思想，要牢牢掌控话语权，用四个自信武装和说服青年学生，要用具体的数据，让学生认识到社会主义的真正价值。也要敦促高校教师特别是思政课教师不断学习并加强利用新媒体工具开展思政教育的能力以及面对新媒体上各种问题的分析力和判断力。

Problems and Countermeasures of College Ideological and

Political Education in New Media Environment

Abstract Under the environment of new Media， ideological and political work is more complex， but also more severe， more difficult to carry out， but the more such a situation， the more we roll with the punches. We should play and take advantage of new media in the aspect of education， meantime， follow the party committees， unite all forces， and guide the thoughts of college students. We should control the right to speak firmly， use the weapon of “three confidence” to convince young students， combine with specific facts data and personal interests， and let the students realize the real meaning and real value of Western liberal democratic socialism. We should also urge college teachers， especially ideological and political teachers to reflect on them and continue to learn the new media.

站在中華民族复兴、国家核心实力增强的高度，习近平总书记在全国高校思政工作会议上强调了思想政治教育的重要作用。总书记强调：“高校思想政治工作关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题。要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节，把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全程育人、全方位育人，努力开创我国高等教育事业发展新局面。”①新媒体技术的普及，让国内外各种思潮泉涌般出现在大学生身边，给高校思政教育带来了机遇也造成了严峻的挑战。

1 新媒体环境下高校思政教育面临的挑战
