摘 要 高校思想政治教育是为实现中国梦，培养德才兼备、全面发展的人才的重要思想保障阵地。文章分析了新媒体环境下高校思想政治教育存在的资源错配、话语权式微、脱离学生等三大问题及其成因，并针对性提出解决方案。

The Problems and Countermeasures of Ideological and Political Education of Universities under the New Media Environment

Abstract Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important ideological guarantee for the realization of the Chinese dream and the cultivation of both ability and political integrity and all - round development of talents. This paper analyzes the three problems and their causes， such as the mismatch of the resources of the ideological and political education in the new media environment， the discourse right and the students， and puts forward the solution to the problem.

世界观、人生观、价值观是人的素养核心，接受教育是人们提高素养的重要渠道。[1]中共中央总书记习近平高度重视高等教育，特别是高校思想政治教育工作，“高校思想政治教育工作关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这根本问题”，强调把立德树人作为中心，把思政教育贯穿全程。高等教育是大规模、高效率培养民族精英的最重要手段。当前我国第一个一百年目标即将完成，正努力实现第二个一百年目标，需要更大规模、更高质量的人才输送。高校毫无疑问成为我们民族复兴路上最重要的人才集散中心。中华文化历来对人的要求是“德才兼备”，高校教育如果仅仅重视学生的知识和技能培养，重“才”而失“德”，忽视了思想政治教育，这样的“人才”是无法为实现“中国梦”添砖加瓦的。缺乏思想政治教育的学生，往往表现出思想政治觉悟较低、道德品质较差、文化素养落后，不仅无法为中华民族的伟大复兴贡献力量，甚至被别用用心的敌对势力诱导，利用掌握的知识和技能阻挠、破坏我们民族伟大复兴的进程。

思想文化阵地，马克思主义、无产阶级思想不去占领，各种非马克思思想甚至反马克思主义的思想就会去占领。……
