摘 要： 政治生态关乎党心、民心，关乎民心向背，是国家、政党、社会正常运转和健康发展的重要条件。党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央以壮士割腕的勇气，以刮骨疗毒、向死而生的精神，抓作风，反腐败，党内政治生态得到净化，广大干部群众干事创业的环境也明显改善。但毋庸讳言，在党内政治生态环境基本良好的情况下，歪风邪气仍然存在，风清气正的政治生态建设仍面临许多新问题、新挑战。而营造风清气正良好政治生态，需要运用系统、整体的思维方法，坚持多措并举、整体推进。

Abstract： The political ecosystem concerns the Partys heart and peoples heart， and is related to the heart and soul of the people. It's an important condition for the normal operation and healthy development of the state， the political Party and the society. Since the eighteen Party of the Party， the Party Central Committee， with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core， has the courage of the brave people who cut their wrists， and the spirit of death to scratch the bone to seize on the work-style， to combat corruption， to purify the political ecology within the Party， and to improve the environment for the cadres and the masses of the cadres and the masses to start their business. However， there is no denying that the political ecological environment in the Party is still in good condition， and the political ecological construction is still facing many new problems and new challenges. And creating a clear and healthy atmosphere is a good political ecosystem. We need to use systematic and holistic thinking methods， and persist in taking measures and promoting them as a whole. 政治生態关乎党心、民心，关乎民心向背，是国家、政党、社会正常运转和健康发展的重要条件。2014年6月30日，在中共中央政治局第十六次集体学习时，习近平指出，加强党的建设，必须营造一个良好从政环境，也就是要有一个好的政治生态。此后，他多次强调政治生态的重要性：“政治生态好，人心就顺、正气就足”、“自然生态要山清水秀，政治生态也要山清水秀”。[1]党的十九大报告再次强调，要发展积极健康的党内政治文化，营造风清气正的良好政治生态。政治生态清明，就会心齐气顺、政通人和，经济社会发展就活力十足；政治生态污浊，就会滋生腐败、民心涣散，经济社会发展就死气沉沉，甚至严重受阻。因此，只有营造风清气正的政治生态，形成良好干事创业的从政环境，才能更好地激发全党生机活力，提振干部群众精神动力，从而推动经济社会持续健康发展，为实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标、实现中华民族伟大复兴打下坚实基础。……
