摘 要 高等学校成人教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，高等成人教育是树立终身学习理念，建立学习型社会，提高全民素质的重要途径，但是高校成人教育发展到现阶段还存在着诸多问题，对于高校成人教育的研究远远不够，所以对成人教育存在的问题进行进一步探索研究，发现高校成人教育还存在着招生计划不科学、管理制度不规范、教学质量有待提高等问题 ，建议采取高效完成招生计划、加强成人教育管理规范、严格把关教学质量监控的举措。

Problems Existing in Adult Education in Colleges and the Reform Directions

Abstract Adult education in colleges and universities is an important part of higher education in our country. Higher adult education is an important way to establish the concept of lifelong learning， establish a learning society and improve the quality of the entire people. However， there are still many problems in the development of adult education in colleges and universities. Adult education research is far from sufficient， so the problems of adult education to further explore the study found that there are still college adult education enrollment unscientific， non-standard management system， teaching quality needs to be improved and so on， it is recommended to take efficient enrollment plan， strengthen adult education management norms， strictly monitor the quality of teaching measures.

成人教育是指按照一定的目的和要求，對能独立影响外部环境并以自我内化为主要学习方式的人开展的有目的、有计划、有组织的施加影响的活动。高校成人教育目前还存在着招生考试试题泄露、学费利益驱动、混文凭、教学秩序混乱等现象，这些现象是贯彻落实终身学习理念、培育应用型人才的障碍，高校成教是一个亟待完善和成熟的问题，所以对此进行存在问题和变革方向的探讨。

1高校成人教育的现状

现阶段在国际成人教育共识、倡导理念和国家积极政策的推动下，高校成人教育取得了长足的进步，各方面都日益完善，但是存在的问题也是不容忽视的。从硬件设施来看，高校成教缺乏物力财力的相应支持；从软实力角度分析，高校成教还存在着认识不明确、模糊教学，缺少优质师资力量，教学内容不能及时更新，文凭含金量低的问题。……
