【摘要】 目的：探析硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦在社区糖尿病合并高血压患者治疗中的应用效果。方法：选择笔者所在医院2012年10月-2016年10月收治的124例社区糖尿病合并高血压患者为本次研究对象，依照其入院单双次序将其分为对照组（n=62）与观察组（n=62）。对照组单以硝苯地平缓释片治疗，观察组需在其基础上增加厄贝沙坦治疗。对两组患者临床治疗效果进行对比。结果：治疗前两组患者血压与糖化血红蛋白比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后两组患者均显著下降，且观察组下降幅度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗总有效率为96.77%，高于对照组的83.77%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦在社区糖尿病合并高血压患者 临床治疗中具有极好的应用效果，可在临床治疗中予以推广。

Effect of Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets Combined with Irbesartan in the Treatment of Community Diabetic Patients with Hypertension/JIANG Jianhua.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（4）：21-22

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets combined with Irbesartan in the treatment of community diabetic patients with hypertension.Method：A total of 124 patients with hypertension in community diabetic patients treated in the author，s hospital from October 2012 to October 2016 year were selected as the research object，according to the admission of single and double order were divided into control group（n=62） and observation group（n=62）.The control group was treated with Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets only，and the observation group was treated with Irbesartan of the basis of control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result：There was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure and glycated hemoglobin between two groups before treatment（P>0.05）.After treatment，both groups decreased significantly， and the observation group decreased more than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%，higher than 83.77% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion：Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets combined with Irbesartan is effective in the clinical treatment of diabetic patients with hypertension in the community.It can be popularized in the clinical treatment.

高血壓与糖尿病均为临床常见病，两者发病群体均以中老年人为主，因此其患者多有合并症出现[1-2]。社区糖尿病合并高血压患者在国内拥有较多的患者群体，因此其临床治疗工作备受国内医学界的重视[3-4]。为确保该合并症的临床治疗效果，本次研究特选择我院近年所收治患者为对象，并给予其中部分患者以硝苯地平缓释片+厄贝沙坦的联合治疗，以观察该治疗方法在社区糖尿病合并高血压患者中的应用效果。现将结果报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
