【摘 要】目的：调查分析成都市某三级甲等医院临床护士满意度现状。方法：以成都市某三甲医院238名临床护士为研究对象，采用护士体验及满意度问卷进行调查。结果：成都市某三级甲等医院整体护士体验及满意度为68.29%，得分3.41±0.61。护士体验及满意度各维度得分低于整体满意度总分的是：职业环境满意度3.16±0.79；职业生涯展望得分3.21±0.87；护理管理满意度得分3.29±0.75；工作回报满意度得分3.32±0.70。不同特征护士体验及满意度结果分析显示：编制内护士满意度与合同制护士满意度差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：成都市某三级甲等医院临床护士工作整体满意度较低，护理管理者可从改善护理工作环境，帮助护士制定合理的职业生涯规划、提高护士薪资待遇，加强护理管理水平等方面出发，切实提高临床护士工作满意度，促进护理队伍稳定发展。

Abstract Objective： To investigate and analyze the current situation of clinical nurses' satisfaction in third-grade class-A hospital in Chengdu.Methods： 238 clinical nurses inthird-grade class-A hospital in Chengdu were selected as the research objects， and the nurses' experience and satisfaction questionnaire were used to investigate them. Results： The overall nurse experience and satisfaction of third-grade class-A hospital in Chengdu were 68.29% and thescore was 3.41±0.61. The scores of nurses' experience and satisfaction degree which were lower than total satisfaction scores were： occupational environmental satisfaction 3.16±0.79， career career outlook 3.21±0.87， nursing management satisfaction 3.29±0.75， and job satisfaction satisfaction 3.32±0.70. The results of different characteristics of nurses' experience and satisfaction showed that there was a significant difference in the degree of satisfaction between nurses in preparation and contract nurses （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The overall satisfaction of clinical nurses in third-grade class-A hospital in Chengdu is low. The nursing administrators can improve the job satisfaction of clinical nurses and promote the development of the nursing team steadily by improving the nursing environment， helping nurses to make a reasonable career planning， improving the salary treatment of nurses， and strengthening the level of nursing management.

自优质护理服务开展至今已有近十年，在各级卫生行政部门的支持和各级医疗机构的努力下，重临床、建机制的优质护理服务已初见成效。优质护理服务不仅要求提高患者对医院的满意度，也要求提高护士对医院管理的满意度。本调查旨在分析成都市某三级甲等医院临床护士工作满意度，为制定措施提高护士满意度提供参考依据。

1 对象与方法

1.1 对象 2017年12月～2018年1月，采用方便抽样法对成都市某三级甲等医院临床护士进行问卷调查。纳入标准：①取得护士执业资格证②知情同意参与调查。排除标准：①调查期间不在岗者；②进修护士。

1.2 调查内容 ①一般情况调查表，主要包括年龄、性别、籍贯、婚姻状况、职称、工作岗位、劳动关系、工作年限、月收入等。②护士体验及满意度调查表：采用四川省卫生和计划生育委员会医院评审评价项目办公室研制的“护士体验与满意度调查问卷”，问卷包含22个条目，1个开放性条目，采用Likert5级评分法，1～5分代表非常不满意到非常满意。……
