【摘 要】目的：探究和分析助产士产前门诊对初产妇心理状态、满意度及分娩结局的影响。方法：选择我院门诊部自2016年1月至2016年12月收治的600例初产妇患者作为研究对象，将其随机分成对照组和研究组，每组300例，对照组行常规产前门诊护理干预，研究组行助产士产前门诊护理干预，对比两组干預效果。结果：两组初产妇干预前的焦虑、抑郁评分对比均无显著差异（P>0.05）；干预后，研究组孕产妇的焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组，研究组初产妇对护理工作的总满意率明显高于对照组，研究组产妇、新生儿分娩结局均优于对照组，两组对比差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：助产士产前门诊对初产妇心理状态、满意度及分娩结局均具有正相关的影响作用。

Abstract Objective：To explore and analyze the influence of midwife prenatal clinic on the psychological status， satisfaction and delivery outcome of the first-time mothers.Methods ： A total of 600 women who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as study subjects.They were randomized into a control group and a study group with 300 patients in each group. The control group received routine prenatal care.Nursing interventions，the study group conducted midwife prenatal care interventions and compared the effects of interventions of the two groups.Results：There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before the intervention （P>0.05）.After the intervention，the anxiety and depression scores of the pregnant women in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The total satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the control group. The outcomes of maternal and neonatal delivery in the study group were better than those in the control group， and there was a significant difference between the two groups （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The midwife prenatal clinic has a positive correlation effect on the psychological status， satisfaction and delivery outcome of the first-time mothers.

近年来，我国不少医院引进了一种新型的产前护理模式——助产士产前门诊护理，该种护理模式不仅能促进助产士的专业特长得到最大程度的发挥，同时使其介入到产妇产前阶段，还可促进其对孕妇孕期心理状态变化情况以及可能出现的各种不良情况进行及时发现和协同处理[1]。为此，将其应用到初产妇的产前护理管理中，不仅能有效缓解和改善初产妇的不良情绪，同时还能促进其对助产士的信任程度提高，而这些因素对其和围产胎儿获得良好的分娩结局均有重要的影响[2]。本文主要探究了助产士产前门诊对初产妇心理状态、满意度及分娩结局的影响，现报道如下。
