【摘 要】目的：探究并比较对结直肠癌患者应用开腹手术与腹腔镜手术展开治疗的临床治疗结果。方法：选取我院接收并给予手术治疗的结直肠癌患者42例作为研究样本，对照组采取开腹手术治疗方式施救治，观察组采取腹腔镜手术治疗方式实施救治。结果：观察组患者手术处理时间显著多于对照组（P<0.05）；在术中出血量、在院诊治时间、术后排气时间等方面，观察组患者显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；在淋巴结清理数量、腹腔引流量方面，两组对比，不具备显著性差异（P>0.05）；观察组患者一年生存率显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对结直肠癌患者应用腹腔镜手术治疗方式展开治疗，临床治疗结果显著。

Abstract Objective： To explore and compare the clinical therapeutic results in the treatment of colorectal cancer patients with open surgery and laparoscopic surgery. Methods： the hospital received and given surgical treatment of patients with colorectal cancer and 42 cases as the research sample， the control group treated with open operation way for treatment， the observation group adopt laparoscopic surgery treatment treatment results： the patients in the observation group. The operation time was significantly more than the control group （P < 0.05）； the amount of bleeding， in hospital time， postoperative exhaust time， patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that of control group （P < 0.05）； in the number of lymph node cleaning， peritoneal drainage In terms of quantity， there was no significant difference between the two groups （P > 0.05）； the 1-year survival rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： laparoscopic surgery is used in the treatment of colorectal cancer patients， and the clinical treatment results are significant

结直肠癌是一种临床上比较常见的消化道恶性肿瘤，在全部胃肠道肿瘤情形中占据第二位，发作位置以直肠及直肠与乙状结肠交界处为主，患病人群集中于四十岁及以上年龄群体。开腹手术治疗方式是临床上用于治疗结直肠癌病症的经典治疗手段，不过随着科学技术的不断发展及其与医疗卫生事业的不断结合，越来越多新型技术手段被应用于临床治疗过程中，而腹腔镜手术治疗方式便是其中一种[1]。目前，腹腔镜手术治疗方式的临床应用日益广泛，该方式具备创伤小，创口愈合时间短，患者痛苦程度低等优势[2]。本次研究将我院于2015年6月至2017年6月接收并给予手术治疗的结直肠癌患者42例作为研究样本，探究并比较对结直肠癌患者应用开腹手术与腹腔镜手术展开治疗的临床治疗结果，并对其差异性作对比分析。现将结果报道如下。

1 资料与治疗措施

1.1 一般资料
