摘要食品机械与设备是一门农林类高校食品专业的重要课程。随着移动互联网和自媒体技术的发展，传统的食品机械与设备课堂教学已难以满足学生日益增长的学习诉求。从食品机械与设备课程的特点和局限性出发，探讨了微信公众平台的特色及其对该课程在辅助教学方面的重要作用，并探索了其在食品机械与设备课程教学改革中的应用，以期为自媒体在工科课程教学改革方向的探索提供思路。

Exploration on the Assisted Instruction of Food Machinery and Equipment Course Based on WeChat Public Platform

AbstractFood machinery and equipment is an important course in food science specialty in agriculture and forestry university.The traditional classroom teaching already could not satisfy the increasing learning demands of students as the development of mobile internet and selfmedia technology.In this paper，we discussed the feature of WeChat public platform and important assisted effect on curriculum instruction from the characteristics and limitation of food machinery and equipment course，and explored the application in the curricular reform of food machinery and equipment course，so as to provide ideas for the exploration of selfmedia on engineering course instruction reform.

食品機械与设备是食品科学类专业核心课程，系统介绍了食品加工过程中所用到的各种单元操作机械和系统生产线的结构组成、性能参数、工作原理、操作规程以及使用注意事项，使工科学生具备相关理论和实践技能，在食品加工生产中为熟练掌握食品机械的分类使用、性能改进和创新设计奠定基础。2016年6月19日，我国成为《华盛顿协议》正式成员，该协议是工程教育本科专业认证的国际互认协议，旨在通过工程教育本科专业认证保障工程教育质量，为工程师资格国际互认奠定基础。加入《华盛顿协议》是促进我国工程师按照国际标准培养、提高工程技术人才培养质量的重要举措，是推进工程师资格国际互认的基础和关键，对于我国工程技术领域应对国际竞争、走向世界具有重要意义。笔者从食品机械与设备课程的特点和局限性出发，探讨了微信公众平台的特点及其对该课程在辅助教学方面的重要作用，并探索了其在食品机械和设备课程教学改革中的应用，以期为自媒体在工科课程教学改革方向的探索提供思路。……
