[摘要] 目的 探究微信在神经外科护理工作中的临床价值。方法 在2013年1月—2014年12月和2015年1月—2016年12月2个时间段内分别随机选取济宁医学院附属医院神经外科收治的患者150例，命為A组和B组，A组用传统口头传递信息方式，B组选择微信传递信息方式，分别比较两组患者对护理措施的执行率、信息掌握率、工作完成率、不良事件发生率等。结果 B组患者在护理质量、重点工作完成度、改进措施执行、重要信息知晓等方面评分都明显高于A组患者，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。并且B组只有2例患者在住院期间出现非计划性拔管，而A组患者出现皮炎1例、非计划性拔管3例、患者走失2例，两组患者在不良事件方面对比也差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 微信信息传递方式对神外护理工作具有重要的应用价值，值得临床推广。

Research on Application Value of Wechat Information Pass in the Nursing Management in the Department of Neurosurgery

[Abstract] Objective To study the application value of wechat information pass in the nursing management in the department of neurosurgery. Methods 150 cases of patients in Department of Neurosurgery Affiliated Jining Medical College January 2013 to December 2014 and January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly selected as the group A and group B， and the group A adopted the traditional oral information pass method， while the group B adopted the wechat information pass method， and the executive rate of nursing measures， mastery rate of information， job completion rate and incidence rate of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality， completion degree of key work， execution of improvement measures and awareness of important information in the group B were obviously higher than those in the group A， and the differences were obvious（P<0.05）， and in the group B， only 2 cases were with unplanned extubation during the hospitalization， and in the group A， there was 1 case with dermatitis， 3 cases with unplanned extubation and 2 missing cases， and the difference in the incidence rate of adverse events was obvious（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application value of wechat information pass method in the nursing work in the department of neurosurgery is very important， and it is worth clinical promotion.

护理是临床中的一个重要岗位，对医疗工作的顺利进行以及服务质量的提升具有重要作用[1]。随着我国经济的飞速发展，临床护理管理理念也在不断变化，管理模式不断地从传统口述过渡到信息传递，极大地提高了护理管理的效率，目前微信是应用最广泛的工具，各大行业均有体现[2]。该研究在2013年1月—2014年12月和2015年1月—2016年12月收治的患者中分别抽取150例患者为例，探究微信在神经外科护理工作中的临床价值，现总结如下。
