摘 要：大众创新产业是近些年来发展起来的一种现代新型的社会创业模式。随着改革开放的不断深化，城市化进程的不断推进，我国社会物质水平得到了极大的提高，在这种社会经济背景环境下，人们的生活理念和模式的突变，再加上国家政策的支持，创新创业就是在这样一种背景下发展起来的。如何加强创新创业路径拓展，建立良好的发展机制是文章探讨的重点。

Abstract： Mass innovation industry is a new social entrepreneurship model developed in recent years. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous advancement of urbanization， the social material level of our country has been greatly improved. In this social and economic context， people's concept and mode of life have mutated. In addition， with the support of national policies， innovation and entrepreneurship is developed in such a context. How to strengthen the path of innovation and entrepreneurship development and establish a good development mechanism is the focus of this paper.

现代社会创业理念离不开时代的发展。随着互联网技术的发展，多媒体手段的应用，现代创新创业的工作一开始就扎根于现代科技手段，呈现出了新型的发展特质。另外，现代创新创业强调社会功能性。这种功能性是和生活的需求分不开的。它不仅具有理论性，还具有现实功能，延伸了它的社会价值。这种社会价值延伸了以后，就产生了其他社会功能性属性，扩宽了商业发展的社会边界。总之，现代创新创业是新时代的产物，是具有鲜明的时代特点，因此值得重视。

1 互联网+战略下的创新创业的概述

《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》指出：“要健全促进就业创业体制机制，建立加快经济发展和扩大就业的联动工作机制，健全政府促进就业责任制度。”扶持社会群体开展创业，对于我国经济社会发展有着及其重要的社会和现实意义。创业创新和能否充分就业，不仅关系社会人群自身的利益问题，还会直接影响到我国当前经济的发展和社会的稳定问题。……
