【摘 要】随着东南沿海地区经济的飞速发展，农村城镇化的速度也逐渐加快。论文在概述淤泥地层基坑开挖对周边农村房屋沉降损伤影响研究必要性的基础上，以镇江扬中某工程为例，分析了周边农村房屋沉降损伤的特征和原因，并提出了相应的改善建议，希望进一步减少淤泥地层基坑开挖对周边农村房屋沉降损伤的影响，进而增强周边农村房屋的防灾能力和安全性。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of economic in the southeast coastal areas， the speed of rural urbanization is also accelerating. In this paper， the necessity of research on the impact of foundation pit excavation on the settlement damage of the surrounding rural houses is summarized. Taking a project in Yangzhong County of Zhenjiang as an example， the paper analyzes the characteristics and causes of settlement damage in the surrounding rural houses， and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. It is hoped that we can further reduce the influence of foundation pit excavation on the settlement damage of surrounding rural houses， and further enhance the disaster prevention ability and safety of surrounding rural houses.

1 引言

东南沿海地区，其淤泥地层存在一定的缺点，进而导致其十分容易造成上部建筑物不均匀沉降，尤其是在淤泥地层基坑开挖后，其更加容易增加周围建筑物的不安全性[1]。近年来，随着农村城镇化速度的加快，农村边缘高层建筑物更是如雨后春笋般涌起[2]。在此基础上，淤泥地层基坑开挖也不断增加。因此，论文主要从以下几方面展开了研究和分析。

2 淤泥地层基坑开挖对周边农村房屋沉降损伤影响研究的必要性分析

随着东南沿海地区经济的飞速发展，农村城镇化速度加快，进而催生了沿海地区农村建筑物的崛起。然而，现阶段，沿海地区周边农村建筑物在设计以及施工的过程中，其由于诸多因素的影响，却导致其安全性难以获得最大的保障。例如，农村房屋建筑在设计过程中，缺乏科学的设计，同时在地基处理过程中，由于其采用的措施不当以及基础设计缺乏合理性等等，进而十分容易加重房屋建筑的安全隐患。……
