【摘 要】综合后勤保障是一种先进的管理思想与工作方法，这种管理模式强调在装备研制的阶段就预先对装备保障工作进行考量和分析，将保证管理与保障技术研发融入到装备研制工作中。论文对综合后勤保障进行了概述，从采办及寿命保障、电子信息保障以及辅助维修保障几个方面分析了综合后勤保障的优势以及主要技术手段。旨在通过论文的分析，强化综合后勤保障方式以及技术在相关行业与领域的应用，提升后勤保障工作的效率性与质量。

【Abstract】Comprehensive logistical support is an advanced management idea and working method. This management model emphasizes the assessment and analysis of equipment support in the development stage of the equipment， and integrates guarantee management and safeguard technology research and development into equipment development work. This article gives an overview of comprehensive logistical support and analyzes the advantages and main technical means of comprehensive logistical support from the aspects of acquisition， life support， electronic information assurance， and auxiliary maintenance support. The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the application of integrated logistical support methods and technologies in related industries and fields through the analysis of this paper， and improve the efficiency and quality of logistics support.

1 引言

后勤保障是技术装备得以运行的基础，综合后勤保障概念的提出为后勤保障工作提供了新型的理念与方式。综合后勤保障能够使保障资源运用的位置以及时效性得到保障，实现保障资源的优化配置。同时，通过预先对保障资源与技术进行分析，能够使保障资源的效率性得到有效提升。另外，综合后勤保障的工作方法能够为后勤保障工作提供科学有效的计划，对保障工作的结构以及流程进行优化和提升。

2 综合后勤保障相关概述

刘承明等在研究中指出，综合后勤保障是指在装备设计研制的同时对装备保障资源、技术以及管理工作进行分析研究，在设计初期即实现对装备保障的最佳研究配置，对装备保障中需要的资源、技术等进行明确和优化。在此基础上，当设备交付使用时，相关单位能够同时获取装备保障工作需要的资源与技术，并且在装备使用阶段能够实现后勤保障的经济性要求。……
