【摘 要】从当前煤矿企业的发展形势和具体情况来看，青工已经成为推动矿井发展的中坚力量。作为煤矿企业，如果不能正确掌握青工思想状况及变化后所面临的问题，不加强和改进青工思想政治工作，将会影响到煤矿企业健康发展和安全生产经营工作的正常开展。论文就当前煤矿青工的思想变化所面临的问题进行分析，针对性提出做好新形势下煤矿青工工作的方法和对策。

【Abstract】 From the current development situation of coal enterprises and the specific situation， young worker has become the main force to promote green mine development.If a coal mine can not grasp the ideological status and the problems after the change， not strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of young workers， the healthy development of coal enterprises and production safety management work will be affected. This paper analyzes the problems of ideological change of coal enterprises faced by young workers， and puts forward the countermeasures to do a good job of young workers in the coal mines under the new situation.

1 引言

作为煤矿企业，在青工的工作上，煤矿党团组织应注重加强爱企爱岗、形势任务教育，增强青工责任意识，结合安全生产形势，开展经常性的安全教育，增强安全教育的针对性和实效性。做好青工思想引导，稳定青工思想情绪。

2 青工思想变化所面临的问题及原因分析

第一，由于行业特殊性，不满足工作现状。煤矿是高危险行业，井下生产条件艰苦，劳动强度大，工作时间长，且没有周末和节假日休班。青工如果因为家中有事或身体累需要休养而请假未得到批准，就会请霸王假或选择不上班，必然影响到井下安全生产。煤矿管理人员则以人员少、任务紧为由不批假，用罚款来解决青工强行休班一事。这样，你来我往，造成了青工的对抗心理。有些刚走上工作岗位的年轻工程技术人员，工作定位高，好高骛远，这山望着那山高，向往舒适和体面的工作岗位，希望自己在企业有较大的发展空间和独当一面的工作岗位。……
