【摘 要】随着轨道交通开始受到社会各界的重视，加剧了各轨道制造企业的竞争，而供应链管理作为企业系统规划的核心部分，其管理质量关系到企业的运营成本控制与综合竞争力，强化供应链管理已经成为轨道车辆企业亟待解决的课题。论文从采购供应链管理视角下的轨道车辆制造商角度出发，分析了供应链管理对轨道交通企业发展的重要意义，有效提升轨道车辆制造单位的供应链管理水平，为其更好地适应市场竞争提供建设性意见。

【Abstract】As the rail traffic is gradually attached to the attention of all walks of life， the competition of rail manufacturing enterprises has been intensified. Supply chain management is the core part of enterprise system planning， and its management quality is related to the operation cost control and comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise. Therefore， strengthening the supply chain management has become an urgent task for the rail vehicle enterprises to solve. From the angle of purchasing supply chain management， the paper analyzes the importance of supply chain management to the development of rail transportation enterprises， effectively improves the level of the supply chain management of the rail vehicle manufacturing units and provides constructive suggestions for its better adaptation to the market competition.

1 引言

轨道交通作为市政交通发展的重要部分，对改善城市交通状况，提升交通运输效率与质量具有重要意义。大量资本开始注入轨道车辆市场，有效地提升了轨道车辆制造企业的活力，而供应链管理作为企业系统规划的核心部分，其管理质量关系到企业的整体运营与综合竞争力，加强供应链管理已经成为轨道车辆企业面临的重大问题。随着精细化管理理念逐渐受到企业的重视，各级单位已经开始重视将企业的经营重心从技术和市场运营转向材料部件和物资管理，随之而来的是供应链管理作为一种战略性的企业管理项目开始走向正轨。对企业而言，实现盈利是最基本的经营目的，而利润的来源则是保障收益大于成本，因此，如果能够通过供应链管理，有效的在物资采购环节降低成本，实现供应链管理的良性循环，对于企业的长远发展具有重要的推动作用。……
