摘 要： 将课堂理论知识转化为应用能力与实践能力是地方院校本科教育的出发点和落脚点。结合管理信息系统课程的特点，根据地方院校管理类专业的培养目标，从教学原则、案例设计与选择、教学组织与控制等方面，对该课程的案例教学进行了分析和探讨。实践效果表明，以应用能力培养为导向的管理信息系统案例教学在地方院校管理类专业本科教育中是可行的。

The exploration and practice of case teaching of management information system

courses based on the cultivation of application ability

Abstract： It is the starting point and the destination of education for local colleges and universities to turn the theoretical knowledge into application ability and practice ability. According to the characteristics of management information system course and the training goal of the students in the local undergraduate universities， this paper analyzes and discusses the principles of case teaching， case design and selection， teaching organization and control. The practical results show that the case teaching of management information system course is feasible for the education of local colleges and universities.

0 引言

培养应用型人才是地方本科院校人才培养的主要目标，而应用能力与实践能力的培养则是应用型人才培养的核心内容。长期以来，以教师为中心的传统教学模式是地方本科院教学的主导模式，这种单向灌输教学模式已难于适应社会对应用型人才的现实需求。改革教学模式，调整教学方法，在课程教学中注重应用能力的培养是地方本科院校教学改革的主要方向。

管理信息系统是一门实践性很强的课程，其大量基本概念、方法和理论都需联系实际（如观看演示、学习案例等）才能深刻理解[1]。在管理信息系统课程中引入案例教学，能强调以学生为主体，通过课堂和课后两个空间，课堂分析讨论、课外参观、实践，课后总结评价，来提高应用型信息管理人才培养质量。本文结合教学实际，对管理信息系统课程案例教学实施全过程进行分析与探讨。……
