摘 要： 利用OA系统短信发送的功能，用短信猫设备构建检验危急值的自动发送平台，开发检验危急值接口，实现了检验危急值可以通过短信自动发送给门诊医生或者住院医生的功能。解决了传统人工通知危急值出现的漏报、错报等缺陷，实现了医院信息系统（HIS），实验室信息系统（LIS）和办公协调系统（OA）间的无缝链接。该平台缩短了危机值的处理时间，加强了临床试验室与患者之间的信息沟通，节省了人力资源，提高了医院医疗水平。

Design of automatic short message sending system of critical value

Abstract： Through the short message automatic sending function of OA system， the short message automatic sending platform of critical value is built by GSM-SM MODEM. The interface of critical values is designed to send and/or receive short message of office automation system. The critical value information platform can send messages automatically to doctors and outpatients and can make up for the defects of traditional way. It has achieved seamlessly connection of the hospital information system， laboratory information system and office automation （OA） system. The platform strengthens the information communication between the clinical laboratory and the patient. Automatic sending message of critical value reduces a large number of human resources and improves the management level of hospital.

0 引言

医学中的危急值（Critical Values）通常是指患者的某项或者某类检验检查结果高度异常，患者正处于生命危险的边缘状态[1]。医生根据患者的病情开立相关医嘱检查，检验结果将影响医生对于患者病情直接的判断[2]。临床医生得到及时准确的检验结果，将会迅速的给予患者及时的治疗，否则有可能危及到患者的生命安全，错过最佳的抢救机会[3]。

1 目前我院危急值的处理方式

我院危急值有多种处理方式，采取多种方式同时进行传送。当医技科室检验结果出现异常时，检验科电话通知临床医护人员，接到电话通知的医护人员必须做好危急值的各项登记，并逐一通知各科室的床位医生或者值班医生，做出了及时有效的警示。

我院的处理方式存在着一些问题：在临床医技科室层面，医技科室对系统产生的危急值未准确登记或记录不全；……
