【摘 要】光纤技术的发展加快了小区智能化建设速度，小区智能化日益深入人心，人们对光纤网络运行速度的要求也逐渐提高，光纤业务也需逐渐优化。论本文对小区智能建设进行了简述，并对其产生的问题进行探究，目的是优化光纤网络，使利益最大化。【Abstract】With the development of optical fiber technology and the speed of intelligent building in communities， the intellectualization of communities is popular. Therefore， the demand for high-speed operation of optical fiber network is increasing， and optical fiber business needs to be optimized gradually. In this paper， the intelligent construction of the community is briefly described and its problems are explored. The purpose is to optimize the optical fiber network and maximize the benefits.

1 引言

光纤网融入小区智能建设任务中，既可加快小区建设，又可促使运营商优化光纤网。我国住宅建设部门提出智能建设可通过应用先进技术，遵循舒适、安全、便利及个性化等基本原则，实现改善住宅环境、提升居民生活质量的目标。小区智能建设系统包括三种，分别是安全防护、监管控制及信息网络三种系统。优化光纤网，有利于提高小区为人民服务的质量，可为运营商网络维护工作节省时间与成本，是通过技术实现小区智能建设的重要表现。

2 小区智能化建设的内涵及系统构造

国民对小区智能化的理解各不相同，对其内涵的解释也有较大差异。近几年，国家对智能化整合出了一个较为基础的概念。小区的智能化建设主要是指通过引用计算机技术、互联网光纤技术、电子通信技术及智能IC卡技术等，借助互联网传输途径，将多元化的管理与服务信息、住宅、物业与安防信息进行整合，实现对小区智能化的管理，有利于创造和谐、智能的居住环境[1]。智能化建设的核心是人，应先做到以人为本，将智能系统融入住宅建造当中，尽可能满足人类需求，服务于居民。……
