【摘 要】文物古建筑是我国文化遗产的重要组成部分，保护文物古建筑对我国的文化发展和历史传承具有极其重要的意义。论文以南京明清文人故居为例，分析了当前古建筑保护现状，针对现实情况提出相应的保护措施。强调了在国家经济飞速发展的同时，文物古建筑的保护不容忽视且处在重要地位。

【Abstract】 The ancient buildings of cultural relics are an important part of our cultural heritage. The protection of ancient buildings of cultural relics is of great significance to the cultural development and historical inheritance of our country. Taking the former residence of the Ming and Qing scholar in Nanjing as an example， this paper analyzes the current status of the protection of ancient buildings and puts forward corresponding protection measures according to the actual situation. And Emphasizes that in the rapid development of the economy in the country， at the same time the protection of heritage ancient buildings can not be ignored and is in an important position.

1 引言

如今城市建设如火如荼，对国家文物古建筑的消极影响也不断增加，其保护情况参差不齐，部分古建筑破坏情况严重，再加上年代久远、自然损毁、法制不完善、管理缺位等原因，现在文物古建筑面临的挑战越来越严峻。本文以南京明清文人故居为例，了解文物古建筑现在保护情况及存在的问题，探索更为合理的保护与开发模式。在社会经济高速发展的今天，这对古建筑的保护和文化的传承具有更加深远的意义。

2 南京明清文人故居保护现状

中国在文化古迹保护上起步较晚，20世纪中国才开始出现相关的专著和规定。一直以来国内历史建筑保护工作在保护理念、工作机制上存在较多缺陷，导致大量的历史建筑在旧城改造过程中遭到肆意破坏。如今受到破坏的古建筑逐渐引起政府和人们的重视，人们开始意识到保护古建筑的重要性，政府和一些民间组织也开始采取相关措施来保护历史建筑。

在实地考察中，我们发现南京已列入文物保护单位的明清文人故居由于有法律保护，保护状况普遍良好，但许多还未列入保护名单的故居情况着实糟糕。……
