[摘要] 目的 分析完整结肠系膜切除术与传统根治术治疗结肠癌疗效。方法 方便选择该院2008年1月—2016年12月收治的125例结肠癌患者，将其随机分为2组。对照组62例给予传统根治术，观察组63例给予完整结肠系膜切除术，对比两组治疗效果、淋巴结清扫情况等。结果 观察组淋巴结清扫总数（22.98±4.82）个明显多于对照组（12.39±5.22）个；对照组III期淋巴结阳性率为25.03%明显高于观察组为12.08%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组并发症发生率为6.35%与对照组4.84%比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组手术时间（168.39±11.38）min，术中出血量为（138.84±12.33）mL，肛门排气时间（3.48±0.87）d，住院天数为（9.39±1.67）d与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 给予结肠癌患者完整系膜切除术可将增加淋巴结清扫数量，且没有增加手术风险，值得应用。

Comparison between Complete Mesorectal Excision and Traditional Radical Mastectomy for Colon Cancer

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze the efficacy of complete mesenteric resection and traditional radical mastectomy in the treatment of colon cancer. Methods 125 patients with colorectal cancer who were treated in the hospital from January 2008 to December 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups. 62 cases in the control group were treated with traditional radical mastectomy， and 63 cases in the observation group were treated with complete mesothelioma， and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total number of lymph node dissection in the observation group was（22.98±4.82） significantly higher than that in the control group （12.39±5.22）. The positive rate of stage Ⅲ lymph node was 25.03% in the control group was higher than that in the observation group of 12.08%，difference are statistically significant（P<0.05）. The incidence of complication was 6.35% in the observation group and 4.84% in the control group， the is no statistical significance in the difference（P>0.05）. The operative time （168.39±11.38）min， the intraoperative blood loss was （138.84±12.33）mL， the anal exhaust time （3.48±0.87）d， the number of hospital stay （9.39±1.67） d， compared with the control group the is no statistical significance in the difference（P>0.05）. Conclusion The complete mesothelioma of patients with colon cancer can increase the number of lymph node dissection and does not increase the risk of surgery and is worth application.

對于结肠癌患者来说，在确诊后需及时给予有效的治疗，以提高他们的存活率。临床上手术仍是治疗癌肿的重要措施，此类患者在手术时需采用对身体伤害较小的术式[1]。传统根治术与完整肠系膜切除术对身体的损害程度及术后出现并发症的几率差别不大；完整结肠系膜切除术可将血管根部周围淋巴结有效的清除，将术后局部复发率降低。为探求其具体效果，现选择该院自2008年1月—2016年12月收治的125例结肠癌患者作为研究对象，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

方便选择该院收治的125例结肠癌患者，将其随机分为2组。对照组62例，观察组63例。对照组，男35例，女27例，年龄为40～85岁，平均（62.38±20.35）岁，TNM分期：11例为I期，32例为II期，19例为III期；1……
