【摘 要】目前计算机网络技术的发展有效促进了办公自动化的应用。基于计算机网络的实时办公自动化能够有效降低办公的成本，提升企业运行效率，并为企业带来良好的经济效益。在企业网络办公系统构建的过程中，网络安全是尤为需要进行关注的重点。安全的网络办公系统才能够保证办公系统更好为企业服务，提升企业的办公效率。论述了网络办公自动化的构建要求，并对网络办公自动化的安全策略进行了深入研究。

【Abstract】at present， the development of computer network technology has effectively promoted the application of office automation. Real-time office automation based on computer network can effectively reduce the cost of office work， improve the operational efficiency of enterprises， and bring good economic benefits to enterprises. In the process of building enterprise network office system， network security is the focus of attention. Only a secure network office system can ensure that the office system can better serve the enterprise and improve the office efficiency of the enterprise. This paper discusses the construction requirements of network office automation， and deeply studies the security strategy of network office automation.

0 引言

目前计算机技术、网络技术的不断发展对社会的各个行业都产生了深远的影响。在办公方面，网络技术可以实现网络办公自动化，并有效提升企业的办公效率。办公自动化的发展在给用户带来便利的同时，也存在着诸多安全隐患。网络中的不法用户会通过计算机技术对现有的办公系统进行攻击，造成办公系统的瘫痪或者给用户造成经济损失。因此在办公自动化建设的同时，针对计算机网络安全问题采取有效的安全策略，保证计算机网络安全的研究具有重要的理论意义与实践应用价值。

1 网络办公自动化概述

计算机网络办公自动化是依托计算机网络技术，实现办公信息的共享传递的一种新型办公方式。利用网络技术的优势，综合利用计算机处理技术，网络办公自动化可以为企业提供便利的办公方式。……
