[摘要] 目的 探究滋腎健脾化瘀汤治疗糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）疗效及对患者血糖、C肽（CP）和胱抑素C（Cys-C）水平的影响。 方法 方便选取2016年1—12月间泉州市妇幼保健院眼科收治的84例DR患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组42例。2组均予以常规西药治疗，观察组加用滋肾健脾化瘀汤治疗。比较2组疗效，评估治疗前后患者血糖波动水平[平均血糖水平（MBG）、平均血糖波动幅度（MAGE）、日间血糖平均绝对差（MODD）]，及CP、Cys-C指标水平。 结果 ①治疗3个月后，观察组临床疗效（92.86%）较对照组（76.19%）更优（χ2=4.459，P=0.035）。②治疗3个月后，2组血糖波动指标[MBG（t=8.779、P=0.000，t=6.913、P=0.000）、MAGE（t=8.424、P=0.000，t=4.333、P=0.000）、MODD（t=7.498、P=0.000，t=4.846、P=0.000）]和Cys-C（t=12.782、P=0.000，t=7.058、P=0.000）水平均低于治疗前，且观察组降幅大于对照组（t=4.549、P=0.000，t=4.439、P=0.000，t=4.098、P=0.000，t=3.177、P=0.002）；2组CP水平均较治疗前上升（t=9.109、P=0.000，t=4.263、P=0.000），观察组增幅大于对照组（t=3.596、P=0.001）。 结论 滋肾健脾化瘀汤辅助治疗DR有利于可使Cys-C降低、CP升高，能更好地控制血糖波动，疗效显著。

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the curative effect of Zishen Jianpi Huayu decoction on diabetic retinopathy （DR） and its effect on the level of blood sugar， C-peptide and Cys-C in patients. Methods Convenient selected 84 DR patients from January to December 2016 in this hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 42 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine， and the study group was treated with Yishen Jianpi Huayu soup. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. The level of blood glucose fluctuation [blood glucose level （MBG）， average blood glucose fluctuation range （MAGE）， daily blood glucose absolute mean difference （MODD）]， and CP and Cys-C index levels were evaluated before and after treatment. Results ①after the treatment for three months， the clinical curative effect of observation group was 92.86%， higher than the control group of 76.19%（χ2=4.459， P=0.035）.②after the treatment for three months， the blood glucose fluctuation index [MBG（t=8.779， P=0.000， t=6.913， P=0.000）， MAGE （t=8.424， P=0.000， t=4.333， P=0.000）， MODD （t=7.498， P=0.000， t=4.846， P=0.000）] and the level of Cys-C （t=12.782， P=0.000， t=7.058， P=0.000） was lower than that before treatment， and the observation group was higher than that of control group（t=4.549， P=0.000， t=4.439， P=0.000， t=4.098， P=0.000， t=3.177 P=0.002）； the level of CP group was significantly lower than that of two groups before treatment（t=9.109， P=0.000， t=4.263， P=0.000）， the observation group increased more than the control group（t=3.596， P=0.001）. Conclusion Zishen Jianpi Huayu decoction adjuvant treatment of DR can help reduce Cys-C， CP increased， to better control blood sugar fluctuations， the effect is significant.endprint

我国糖尿病（DM）发病率居高不下且患病人群数量庞大，而从现今医疗水平来看，DM仍是终生性疾病之一，不仅需要长期干预且随着病程延长和进展，并发症风险增高，糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）作为其中最常见的一种受到高度关注。传统医学理论认为三消日久，精血亏虚不能上承于目，故致消渴内障[1]，中医在此类慢性疾病中实践经验丰富，或可为进一步改善药物治疗DR疗效提供参佐。基于此，该研究纳入该院2016年1—12月间收治的DR患者84例进行研究，以探讨滋肾健脾化瘀汤治疗DR疗效及对患者血糖、C肽（CP）和胱抑素C（Cys-C）水平的影响，现报道如下。……
