【摘 要】民航发展的需要和旅客出行的美好需求对民航安检提出了更高的要求。本文以民航安检效率为研究对象，从安检通道伞形布局、建模仿真和新技术新设备三方面开展研究，阐述了提升安检效率的方法和研究现状。重点研究了CT安检机、分类安检和智能旅客安检系统，指出发展新技术新设备是提升民航安检效率的有效途径。创新性安检装备驱动的“又好又快”安检是未来民航安检的发展趋势。

Review and Prospect on Civil Aviation Security Check Efficiency Research

【Abstract】The needs for the development of civil aviation and the good demands for travelling have put forward higher requirements for civil aviation security check. Taking the security check efficiency as the research object， the umbrella layout， modeling simulation and new technology and new equipment are studied regarding for improving the security efficiency. This paper focuses on the research of CT security machine， classification security and intelligent security check system， and points out that the development of new technical equipment is an effective way to improve the efficiency of civil aviation security. The concept of ‘good and fast on security check driven by innovative equipment is the trend of civil aviation security check in the future.

0 引言

安全是民航業的生命线。民航安检是民航安全工作的一个重要组成部分，在民航业发挥着不可替代的作用。近年来，我国民航业持续保持良好发展态势，旅客及货物吞吐量逐年增长。以北京首都国际机场为例，2017年旅客吞吐量达0.96亿人次，连续8年稳居世界第二[1]。然而，随着机场客流量的快速增长，旅客排队接受安检时间普遍增加[2]。这与旅客需要高效、便捷的出行相悖。为缩短旅客过检时间，改善旅客过检体验，民航发展的需要对安检工作提出了更高的要求。因此，在确保安全和服务质量的前提下，如何提高安检效率成为业内急需解决的问题。笔者以民航安检效率为研究对象，从安检通道布局、建模仿真和新技术新设备三方面开展研究，综述了安检效率提升的重要进展，并结合我国民航安检现状，指出了安检效率工作未来的研究重点。……
