【摘 要】随着社会的发展进步，智能电网建设成为一种重要趋势。这对于电网公司而言，是一种全新的发展阶段。在智能电网建设的过程中，电力计量自动化是必不可少的一个环节。在本篇文章中我们将针对电力计量自动化系统以及四分线损加以阐述，并探讨了导致电力计量自动化出现线损问题的关键因素，并在这一前提下深刻探究电力计量自动化在线损管理工作中的实际应用，然后综合实际案例，给今后电网公司的发展提供有力参考与借鉴。

【Abstract】With the development and progress of society，smart grid construction has become an important trend. This is a new stage of development for power grid companies.In the process of smart grid construction，power metering automation is an indispensable link. In this paper，we will elaborate on the power metering automation system and quadrant line loss，and discuss the key factors leading to line loss in power metering automation.On this premise，we will deeply explore the practical application of power metering automation in line loss management，and then synthesize practical cases to present.The development of the latter power grid company provides a strong reference and reference.

在當前的社会形势下，已经越来越被重视的可持续发展理念，如何走节能环保路线成为众多企业当前的规划方向。电力行业是与社会发展及群众生活都息息相关的一个行业，电网公司的发展也备受社会各界的关注。尤其是其发展过程中，如何实现节能减排，降低对能源的消耗，避免对生态环境的损害，是十分重要的事情。基于这一形势，智能电网已经成为目前电网公司意向关键性的发展策略。而在开展智能电网的建设过程中，电力计量自动化是十分关键的环节。当前在电网企业中所运用到的电力计量自动化系统是在原本满足控制与管理系统基础上衍生出的，因为低压客户群体繁多，并且经常会变化不稳定，当前在线损管理工作中经常会出现户变关系模糊、抄表水平低下、三相不平稳、偷窃用电、计量障碍等管理因素导致线损不正常，为电网企业造成极大的亏损。……
