摘  要： 以新工科发展为契机，以合格的IT人才培养为目标，分析应用型人才培养特点以及目前高校IT类人才培养中存在的主要问题。探讨应用型人才培养问题的解决方案，提出建设纽带课程的具体方法，给出了课程所需教材《面向工科教育的IT类系列项目训练集》的编写思路，并提出了IT类相关专业应用型人才培养的实施方案。

Abstract： Taking the development of emerging engineering education as an opportunity and aiming at the training of qualified IT talents， this paper analyzes the characteristics of application-oriented talents training and the main problems existing in the training of IT talents in colleges and universities. This paper probes into the solution to the problem of cultivating applied talents， and puts forward the concrete method of constructing the link course， gives the compiling idea of the course textbook "IT Series Project Training Set for Engineering Education"， and puts forward the implementation plan of cultivating applied talents for IT related specialties.

0 引言

当前，国家推动创新驱动发展，实施“一带一路”“中国制造2025”“互联网+”等重大战略，以新技术、新业态、新模式、新产业为代表的新经济蓬勃发展，对工程科技人才提出了更高要求，迫切需要加快工程教育改革创新[1]。

新工科理念应运而生。“新工科”更强调学科的实用性、交叉性与综合性，尤其注重信息通讯、电子控制、软件设计等新技术与传统工业技术的紧密结合。现代已经向传统提出了挑战，大数据、人工智能、物联网等事物只是新事物的冰山一角，面向未来的知识和技术的更替必将变得越来越快。我们现在的工科教育现状是，教材的相对陈旧、极为现实的社会需求，以及面向未来的工程技术三者之间的严重脱节[2]。IT类专业人才作为新工科的主力军，迫切需要壮大。从就业与用人方面来看，与其他专业毕业生就业难不同，很多IT类专业的学生却很抢手[3]。人工智能、移动终端、云计算、大数据等相关专业应届毕业生备受企业关注，很多IT企业更是饥不择食[4]。……
