摘 要 大学生科技创新活动和毕业设计是大学生实践活动的重要组成部分，是培养科技创新人才的重要途径，在分析大学生科技创新活动和毕业设计存在问题的基础上，提出了大学生科技创新活动和毕业设计融合的意义，二者的融合，有利于激发大学生的创新欲望，培养团队协作能力。同时，既可以保证毕业论文的质量，提高学生的创新能力和工程设计能力，又缓解了教学经费不足、实验仪器紧张等困难。

Abstract University students of science and technology innovation activity and the graduation design is an important part of college students' practice is an important approach to cultivate innovative talents of science and technology， based on the analysis of college students' science and technology innovation activities and the existing problems of graduation design， put forward the college students' science and technology innovation activities and the significance of graduation design fusion， the fusion of the two， is helpful to inspire students' creative desire， cultivate the team cooperation ability.At the same time， we can guarantee the quality of graduation thesis， improve the students' innovation ability and engineering design ability， and relieve the strain on the teaching funds inadequacy， experimental instruments such as difficult.

1 大學生科技创新的意义和问题

1.1 大学生科技创新的意义

《中华人民共和国教育法》中有明确规定：“高等教育的任务是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才。”由此可见，培养学生创新能力是高等教育中心的任务之一。胡锦涛在2006年举行的全国科学技术大会上面曾经说过：“科技竞争是提高综合国力的关键点。现在的时代，拥有知识和技术创新优势的人，就能主动发展”。因此，关于科技创新活动，学校和学生都很重视，表示应积极主动参加，大力支持科技创新竞赛活动。培养大学生的创新能力，既是时代发展、高校改革的迫切需要，也是大学生发展和实现自我价值的内在要求。工科大学生科技创新能力是创新素质教育的一个重要方面，是适应高等学校人才培养模式的主要内容和重要手段，是高校科技创新体系的重要组成部分，是高校共青团组织为了实施全方位的质量教育而在学校整体的工作中实现“有为、有位”的强有力阵地，尤其是青年学生的素质提升，综合才艺发展的广阔舞台。……
