【摘要】 目的：分析學生标准化患者在医学本科生综合技能训练考核中的应用价值。方法：选取2016年2月-2018年2月本医学院12级1 263名医学生为对照组，另选取本医学院13级993名医学生为观察组。对照组采取传统+临床实践教学法和考核法，观察组采取标准化患者教学法和考核法。比较两组临床技能及其他变量考核成绩。结果：观察组医患沟通、病案分析、病历书写、系统体检、病史采集考核成绩分别为（86.69±3.32）、（85.52±3.12）、（86.45±3.10）、（87.59±2.12）、（86.63±2.26）分，均高于对照组的（72.25±2.26）、（74.10±2.13）、（75.20±2.16）、（73.63±2.12）、（75.20±1.16）分，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组鉴别诊断、辅助检查、检查熟练度、手法规范、人文关怀、主诉考核成绩分别为（86.63±3.32）、（88.12±1.24）、（85.55±2.10）、（84.42±2.12）、（86.32±2.13）、（85.22±1.10）分，均高于对照组的（76.63±2.25）、（75.52±1.16）、（74.25±2.16）、（74.10±1.19）、（73.36±2.16）、（72.20±1.10）分，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：学生标准化患者在医学本科生综合技能训练考核中具有一定的应用价值，可在很大程度上提高医学生综合技能训练成果。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the application value of student standardized patients in comprehensive skill training of medical undergraduates.Method：A total of 1 263 medical students of grade 12 from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as control group，and 993 medical students of grade 13 were selected as observation group.The control group adopted traditional+clinical practice teaching method and assessment method，and observation group adopted standardized patient teaching method and assessment method.The clinical skills and other variables examination results between two groups were compared.Result：The scores of doctor-patient communication，medical record analysis，medical record writing，systematic physical examination and medical history collection in observation group were（86.69±3.32），（85.52±3.12），（86.45±3.10），（87.59±2.12），（86.63±2.26） points respectively，they were all higher than（72.25±2.26），（74.10±2.13），（75.20±2.16），（73.63±2.12），（75.20±1.16） points in control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The scores of differential diagnosis，auxiliary examination，proficiency in examination，standardized technique，humanistic care and chief complaint in observation group were（86.63±3.32），（88.12±1.24），（85.55±2.10），（84.42±2.12），（86.32±2.13），（85.22±1.10） points respectively，they were all higher than（76.63±2.25），（75.52±1.16），（74.25±2.16），（74.10±1.19），（73.36±2.16），（72.20±1.10） points in control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Students'standardized patients have certain application value in the assessment of comprehensive skills training for medical undergraduates，and can greatly improve the results of comprehensive skills training for medical students.

学生“标准化患者”（模拟患者）指的是刚开始进校的大一、大二医学生，即低年级学生，在其中挑选出部分，经过教研室培训、考核通过后才可作为标准化患者，能够对实际患者的病史、体征、症状加以准确模仿[1]，同时具备指导者、评估者以及被检查者3种能力，标准化患者这一概念首次提出时间是1968年（美国）[2]，随后逐渐应用在医学院技能认证、课程评估及临床教学中，不但可以训练学生的模仿能力，而且有身临其境的感觉[3]，应用在医学生综合技能训练考核当中，可以及时发现每个学生在各方面存在的问题，及时改正，提高技术水平[4]。本文为了分析学生标准化患者在医学本科生综合技能训练考核中的应用价值，将本院校两年的技能考核结果进行对比，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
