【摘要】 目的：探究应用PDCA提高医务人员口罩规范使用的效果。方法：以全院医务人员为研究对象，本院感染管理科于2018年4-6月于全院實行PDCA循环管理，通过对比干预前后本院医务人员防护知识知晓率和医用口罩佩戴合格率，来分析PDCA循环管理的临床管理效果。结果：本次研究共调查了27个科室口罩配置情况，干预后科室口罩配置合格率为100%，明显高于干预前合格率77.78%，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；干预后，抽查医务人员防护知识知晓率为92.13%、口罩佩戴合格率为95.65%，显著高于干预前的防护知识知晓率76.03%和口罩佩戴合格率80.45%，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：通过应用PDCA提高医务人员口罩规范使用的管理，解决了口罩管理的多项问题，使多项制度落到实处，达到了质量管理持续改进的要求。值得在医院感染管理领域推广和应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effectiveness of PDCA to improve the standardized use of mask for medical staffs.Method：The medical staffs of the hospital were selected as the research objects.The PDCA cycle management was implemented by the infection management department of our hospital in the whole hospital from April to June 2018.The clinical management effect of PDCA cycle management was analyzed by comparing the medical staffs awareness rate of protection and the qualification rate of wearing medical masks before and after intervention.Result：A total of 27 departments of mask equipment situation were surveyed in this study.After the intervention，the qualification rate of the mask equipment was 100%，which was significantly higher than the pre-intervention rate of 77.78%，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.After the intervention，the medical staffs awareness rate of protection knowledge was 92.13%， and the mask wearing qualification rate was 95.65%， which was significantly higher than the pre-intervention knowledge awareness rate of 76.03% and the mask wearing qualification rate of 80.45%.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The application of PDCA has improved the management of the standardized use of mask for medical staffs， solved a number of problems in mask management， implemented multiple systems， and achieved the requirement of continuous improvement of quality management.It is worthy of promoting and applying in the field of hospital infection management.

标准预防是医院感染管理的重中之重，口罩又是医务人员防护用品中最不可缺少的工具之一[1-2]。2002-2003年“非典”疫情的暴发，一部分医务人员遭受了“非典”感染性职业暴露而发病，或献出自己宝贵的生命。国家因此颁布了一系列行业标准和规范，如《医院隔离技术规范》（2009）《医用外科口罩》（YY0469-2011）《医院一次性使用医用口罩》（YY/T0969-2013）等[3]。医务人员在临床实践中什么环境，什么操作，什么疾病，应该实施什么级别的防护，佩戴何种防护口罩才能达到双向防护的效果，本院感染管理科应用PDCA循环管理，从发现问题，成立调查小组，收集资料，分析原因，制定计划，落实措施，处理反馈的顺序进行质量管理[4]。本研究旨在探究PDCA循环管理在提高医务人员口罩规范使用中的应用效果，现将调研分析报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 采取随机抽样法对2018年1-3月（干预前）与2018年4-6月（干预后）全院医务人员口罩的正确选择与应用作为研究对象。本次研究共抽取了27个科室进行口罩配置情况抽查，干预前抽取医务人员179名，其中医生60名，护士76名，规培生19名，学生24名；……
