摘 要：无公害农产品、绿色食品、有机食品和农产品地理标志（以下简称“三品一标”）是我国重要的安全优质农产品公共品牌。发展“三品一标”是践行绿色发展理念的有效途径，是实现农业提质增效的重要举措，是适应公众消费的必然要求，也是提升农产品质量安全水平的重要手段。基于此，文章对葫芦岛市“三品一标”发展状况进行分析，提出相关对策与建议，希望能够为绿色农业的发展献计献策。

Abstract： The geographical indication of pollution-free farm produce， green food， organic food and agricultural products （hereinafter referred to as "three products and one standard"） is an important public brand of safe and high-quality agricultural products in China. The development of "three products and one standard" is an effective way to practice the concept of green development， an important measure to improve the quality and efficiency of agriculture， an inevitable requirement to adapt to public consumption， and an important means to improve the quality and safety level of agricultural products. Based on this， the article analyzes the development situation of "three products and one standard" in Huludao City， and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions， hoping to contribute suggestions for the development of green agriculture.

幾年来，葫芦岛市政府提出了打造品牌葫芦岛的重大举措，按照市委、市政府总体部署和要求，“三品一标”工作稳步推进，知名度不断提高，市场占有率和竞争力不断提升，促进了农业产业化发展和农民收入持续稳步提高。

1 “三品一标”发展现状

葫芦岛四季分明，日照充足，海洋性气候明显。葫芦岛有着丰富的农业资源优势。果树总株数居全省第一位，盛产苹果、白梨、李子、葡萄、大枣、核桃等，水果常年产量80万吨。花生作物种植100万亩，种植谷子、甘薯等杂粮作物30万亩。葫芦岛优越的地理位置和丰富的自然资源为“三品一标”的发展提供了得天独厚的条件。多年来，“三品一标”工作通过政府推动、市场拉动、企业主动等多轮驱动，“三品一标”工作持续健康发展，走出了一条通过发展“三品一标”推进农业品牌化、标准化，进一步提升农产品质量和效益的特色之路，充分发挥“三品一标”的示范引领作用。……
