摘 要：在我国大力扶持三农政策的背景下，国家对于村镇的建设正在不断的发展以及扩大，大部分村镇的建设正朝着小康和致富的方向发展。其中，村镇给排水系统也正逐渐延伸与扩展，由于村民用水量较大，包括农户、水田以及相关干道支线等。因此，怎样能够使村镇地区的给排水系统规划得更具高效性以及合理性，就需要相关技术人员能够通过实地考察并作出分析。文章主要围绕我国甘肃地区，对该地区村镇给排水系统的现状进行分析，并具体地给排水问题提出了几点相应的解决对策，希望能够为从事村镇给排水工作的技术人员提供一定理论性参考和支持。

Abstract： In the context of our country's vigorously supporting the "three rural" policy， the construction of villages and towns is constantly developing and expanding， most of the construction of villages and towns is moving towards the direction of well-off and rich. Among them， the village and town water supply and drainage system is also gradually extending and expanding， due to the large amount of water used by villagers， including farmers， paddy fields and related trunk roads and so on. Therefore， how to make the planning of water supply and drainage system in villages and towns more efficient and reasonable needs the relevant technicians to be able to conduct field visits and make analysis. This article mainly revolves around Gansu area， carries on the analysis to this area village and town water supply and drainage system present situation， and has pointed out the concrete water supply and drainage question several corresponding solution countermeasure， hoping to be able to engage in water supply and drainage in villages and towns technical personnel to provide a certain theoretical reference and support.

前言

随着国民经济的飞速发展，我国村镇的整体经济也被有效的带动起来，全国各地都在努力发展新村镇，使我国村镇的经济效益得到了明显的提升，与此同时，居民的生活水平也得到了改善。

1 甘肃地区村镇水环境的现状分析

甘肃地区属于我国经济发展相对落后的地区，该地区的大部分村镇缺乏给排水系统，也没有垃圾回收点，致使村镇居民会将污水直接排放在沟渠里或者路边，垃圾会选择随意扔放。致使甘肃村镇通常会出现排水沟被垃圾堵塞的情况，使该地区的公共环境卫生受到了严重的影响[1]。村镇容貌受到了破坏，村镇整洁也受到影响。……
