摘 要：为全面了解国内关于青少年身体活动研究现状，并为国内未来研究提供参考，使用文献资料法和归纳法等对国内青少年身体活动研究现状进行全面梳理。发现：国内对青少年身体活动的研究主要集中在对国外青少年身体活动研究的介绍、测量与评价方法及其应用研究和国内青少年身体活动现状调查等几个方面。结论：国内青少年身体活动研究起步较晚，研究内容多是对国外研究的介绍和青少年身体活动现状的调查，缺少自己的研究方法和干预及实施类研究；体育类期刊出版此类文献相对不多，支持的研究基金和干预研究数量少等。最后对我国青少年身体活动研究提出诸如加强基金支持和跨学科合作等建议。

Abstract： In order to make a comprehensive understanding of the domestic research status for adolescent physical activity and provide the reference for the future research， this study sets to conduct the theme related research with literature review and induction methods. The result shows that domestic researches have focused on introduction to adolescent physical activity study abroad， measurement and evaluation methods and their application research， the survey on domestic current situation of the adolescent physical activity and so on. Conclusions： due that the study of adolescent physical activity started relatively late， most research content is about the introduction of foreign research and the present situation survey of adolescent physical activity， and there is a lack of research methods of their own； there are relatively fewer related literature published by sports journals and the support of research funds and intervention study. In view of the international development trend of adolescent physical activity study， this paper proposes to strengthen the fund support and interdisciplinary cooperation in future.

目前，身体活动不足引发的各种慢性疾病蔓延，导致人口生活质量的下降已经引起了全世界的广泛关注[1]。目前世界上有80%的青少年没有达到推荐的身体活动标准；在中国有12%的儿童超重，45%～50%的小学生肥胖者和60%～70%的中学生肥胖者在成年后仍然肥胖[2]，導致中国青少年超重和肥胖的主要原因之一是缺乏运动[3]。身体活动具有增进心肺、肌肉和骨骼健康，减少慢性非传染性疾病风险等多种健康益处[4]。在人生早期阶段所获得的积极活动体验，会增加终生坚持参与身体活动的可能性[5 ]；所以，关注青少年体质健康的身体活动研究正逐渐成为身体活动领域研究的热点之一。……
