[摘要] 目的 明確PDCA循环对临床检验室质量控制的实际效果。 方法 随机抽选2015年1月～2016年1月期间没有应用PDCA循环法的检测资料500例作为对照组，随机抽选2016年2月～2017年2月期间开展PDCA循环法的检测资料500例作为研究组，对两组检验样本合格情况进行对比分析。 结果 对照组中，健康体检样本不合格13例，合格154例，样本合格率为92.22%；研究组中，健康体检样本不合格2例，合格165例，样本合格率为98.80%。对照组中，门诊检验样本不合格14例，合格153例，样本合格率为91.62%；研究组中，门诊检验样本不合格2例，合格165例，样本合格率为98.80%。对照组中，住院患者样本不合格17例，格149例，样本合格率为89.76%；研究组中，住院患者样本不合格3例，合格163例，样本合格率为98.19%。研究组患者健康体检样本、门诊患者样本以及住院患者等样本合格率均明显高于对照组，检验样本合格率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 PDCA循环法对检验室检验质量控制具有显著的效果，能够有效提高其工作质量，保证检验样本合格。

[Abstract] Objective To clarify the practical effect of PDCA cycle on the quality control of clinical laboratory. Methods A total of 500 pieces of data which did not go through the PDCA cycle method from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly selected as the control group. 500 pieces of data which went through the PDCA cycle method from February 2016 to February 2017 were randomly selected as the research group. A comparative analysis of the qualifying conditions of the two groups of test samples was carried out. Results In the control group， 13 samples of physical check-up were unqualified， 154 samples were qualified， and the sample qualified rate was 92.22%. In the research group， 2 samples of physical check-up were unqualified， 165 samples were qualified， and the sample qualified rate was 98.80%. In the control group， 14 samples outpatient test samples were unqualified， 153 samples were qualified， and the sample qualified rate was 91.62%； in the research group， 2 samples of outpatient test samples were unqualified， 165 samples were qualified， and the sample qualified rate was 98.80%. In the control group， 17 samples inpatient samples were unqualified， 149 samples were qualified， and the sample qualified rate was 89.76%； in the research group， 3 samples inpatient samples were unqualified， 163 samples were qualified， and the sample qualified rate was 98.19%. The sample qualified rates of the physical check-up samples， outpatient samples and inpatient samples in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The differences of test sample qualified rate were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The PDCA cycle method has a significant effect on the test quality control in the laboratory， which can effectively improve work quality and ensure that the test samples are qualified.

在医院日常运营和管理过程中，检验室是提供诊断数据的核心科室，检验室主要负责患者血液、尿液、大便等检验工作，得出检验结果，为医院各科室提供诊断依据。临床医学检验与患者治疗具有密切关系，检验结果准确性和正确性关系到患者的切身利益，并且对临床治疗效果具有直接影响[1]。正因如此，检验室的规范性要求、职业性安全很高。所以，必须要对检验室进行质量控制。有研究认为，PDCA循环法对检验室质量控制工作具有显著的效果[2]。……
