摘 要 无锡科技职业学院多年来坚持人才培养模式“三步走”战略，即由“冠名班”到“教改班”再到现代学徒制人才培养模式，逐步引领企业改变育人观念、参与学生管理、共享教学资源、参与技能培养等各个环节；企业由点到面，积极投身高素质技能人才培养过程，为推行现代学徒制人才培养模式打下良好基础。

Abstract Our college insists on the three-step development strategy for talent cultivation over the years. From the company-titled class to

the teaching reform class， and furtherly to the modern apprentice-ship system， it leads companies to change the concept of educating students， to participate in education process， to share teaching resour-

ces， and to join in skill cultivation， etc. The companies participate in

the education process of high-level skilled students from the expe-rience gained at one unit and popularized in a whole area， which makes solid foundation for practicing Modern Apprenticeship System.

1 前言

随着现代工业技术的迅猛发展，单一的学校职业教育凸显明显的理论与实践相脱节的弊端。现代学徒制人才培养模式突出企业在人才培养过程中不可或缺的地位。现代学徒制是通过职业类院校与企业的深度合作，教师与师傅联合传授，以学生掌握技能技术为主要培养目标的人才培养模式。实施现代学徒制的关键是行业、企业在人才培养过程中积极主动、全方位、全过程参与。多年来，无锡科技职业学院坚持高职人才培养模式“三步走”战略：由“冠名班”到“教改班”再到现代学徒制人才培养模式，取得很好的成效。

2 以企业总体需求为主要目标，成立冠名班

冠名班是指职业院校与用人单位之间签订协议，将班级冠名为企业名字，用人单位参与培养学生的一种培养模式。无锡科技职业学院分别在2009年、2010年与无锡某公司成立两届“公司冠名班”。具体做法：根据企业需求，在机电一体化专业选择一个大一新生班级，冠名为“公司冠名班”，开展为期三年的人才培养；……
