摘 要 目的：了解国内高校实验室安全及管理现状，为制定高校实验室安全管理体系提供参考依据。方法：本研究随机在某普通高校抽样医学本科生60人，医学研究生80人，在某重点高校抽样医学研究生60人作为调查对象，发放调查问卷进行调查。结果：有20.6%的学生对实验室安全规则比较清楚，79.3%的学生认为将实验室安全教育设为一门课程是非常有必要的，调查的学生中有76.1%对现行的安全管理制度持肯定的态度。结论：不同学历层次、不同院校的学生的实验室安全意识及安全管理存在明显差异，应该加强低年级大学生以及一般院校大学生实验室安全意识教育。

Abstract Objective： To understand the current situation of university laboratory safety and management in China， and to provide reference for the construction of laboratory safety management system in Universities in the future. Methods： A random sampling method was used to extract 60 undergraduates and 80 graduate students from a common university， and a questionnaire survey was conducted on 60 graduate students of a major university. Results： 20.6% students understand more on the rule of laboratory safety. Besides， 79.3% students think it is very essential that the education of laboratory safety will be a course， and the responses of 76.1% students were positive on the management rules of laboratory safety. Conclusion： There are obvious differences between different academic levels， students of different institutions in laboratory safety， and awareness should be strengthened junior college and university students in general laboratory safety education institutions.

最近，全國很多高校都在进行“双一流”建设，其中实验室建设是建设“双一流”大学的一项重要内容。而实验室安全管理工作事关高校正常的教学和科研工作、以及师生员工的人身财产安全，对各个学校甚至整个社会的安全稳定都非常重要。①目前，我国很多高校实验室频发安全事故，实验室安全管理引起了全社会的关注。为了了解国内高校实验室安全以及管理现状，本研究对某普通高校的本科生和硕士研究生以及某重点高校的硕士研究生进行了问卷调查，通过科学分析，为高校实验室的安全管理提供建设性的意见。

1 对象与方法
