摘 要 中国在科学技术领域取得的长足发展与快速进步得益于专业培养的精细化、专业化、高效化。党的十九大和两会之后，全国掀起了学习和运用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义理论的新高潮，思想政治理论课传统的授课模式不能满足新时代的要求，如何让学生对思想政治理论课愿意听、喜欢上，成为新的课题。笔者结合在实践教学中的经验与教训，借鉴其他专业课程教学的成功模式，建议在思想政治理论课也采用精细化、专业化、高效化的专题授课模式，以实现优秀的师资力量得到最合理、最有效的利用，从而让思想政治理论课符合新时代的要求。

Research on the Fine Teaching Mode Innovation of

Ideological and Political Course in the New Era

Abstract China's rapid development and rapid progress in the field of science and technology benefit from the refined， professional and efficient professional training. After the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the two sessions， the nation has set off a new upsurge in studying and applying Xi Jinpings theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The traditional teaching mode of ideological and political theory courses cannot meet the requirements of the new era. How to make students be willing and like to take ideological and political theory courses listening has become a new topic. Combining the experience and lessons in practical teaching， the author draws on the successful mode of teaching in other professional courses. It is suggested that the thematic teaching mode of the ideological and political theory class should also adopt the fine， professional and efficient teaching mode to achieve the most reasonable teacher resources， the most effective use， so that the ideological and political theory courses meet the requirements of the new era.

目前我國各大专院校无论是文史类还是理工类所开设的所有专业对于人才的培养均采取精细化、专业化和高效化的教育模式。精细化，强调的是对于专业研究方向的精确定位和对学科研究内容的细节把握，力争实现培养出精英的教育目的。专业化，强调对该学科领域相关问题研究的精准程度和对该专业研究的深入程度，力争实现专家型或骨干型人才培养的目的。高效化，则是强调专业培养要注重效率，在本科四年或者研究生二至四年的学习培养过程中不断提升该专业从业人员的业务熟练程度，力争实现普世教育服务大众的目标与实现全社会文化水平和学历层级提高的高度统一。……
