【摘 要】随着医疗行业的迅速发展，医院药房自动化也渐渐普及，自动化药房极大地提高药品在摆药终端储运的效率，减少差错率。但一些中小型医院依然采用手工配药，效率低，存在极大安全隐患。自动药片配置机以STC12C4A50S2单片机为信息采集及控制中心，以固体药片为处理对象。分为储药层，配药层，汇药层，控制中心等四个核心模块，通过控制信号，实现药片的自动配置，使配药更准确、更安全。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of the medical industry， the automation of hospital pharmacy is becoming more and more popular， and the automation pharmacy greatly improves the efficiency of the drug delivery terminal storage， and reduces the error rate. However， some small and medium-sized hospitals still use manual dispensing， low efficiency， there are great security risks. The automatic tablet dispenser is the information collection and control center of STC12C4A50S2， with solid tablets as the processing object. It is divided into four core modules， namely， the reservoir， the dispensing layer， the transfer layer， and the control center. By controlling the signal， the automatic configuration of the tablet can be realized， making the dispensing more accurate and safer.

0 引言

随着中国制造2025的提出以及全球化趋势的加快[1]，医院药房的自动化革新成为医院药房新的发展方向[2]，医院药房实现自动化、数字化管理也成为药房发展的必然趋势[3]。我国人口众多，且处于不断增长状态，药房市场的需求和潜力巨大，此时掌握高效、精确的自动化设备和先进的自动化理念显得尤为重要。

20世纪90年代，在现代药品管理思想的指导下，美国、德国、日本等发达国家就已经开始了药房自动化方面的研究[4]，并研究制出了诸多与本国医院药房配套的各种自动化设备。这些自动化设备使得其本国的药房发展迅速，在节省人力的同时，极大的节约经济成本，使其药房市场得到巨大的发展。

我国也有自动化药房，但大多都是大型医院，中小型医院难以运用，原因之一就是成本太高。对于中小型医院自动化配药尚属于起步阶段，技术尚不成熟。……
