[摘要] 目的 探讨葛根芩连汤饮片治疗2型糖尿病的临床研究。方法 将2017年9月—2018年4月来该院就诊的90例2型糖尿病患者作为临床研究对象，将其采用盲选方法分为对照组（n=45）与观察组（n=45）。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍片治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予葛根芩连汤饮片治疗，对比两组的血糖控制情况及临床疗效。 结果 治疗前两组的HbA1c、2 hPG及FBG水平相比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后两组上述指标水平与对照组相比明显降低（P<0.05），并且观察组的上述血糖指标水平下降程度更明显（P<0.05）。观察组的临床疗效显著大于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 葛根芩连汤饮片治疗2型糖尿病，效果显著，可有效控制患者的血糖水平，值得在临床推广和应用。

Clinical Study on Gegen Qinlian Decoction for the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical study of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 90 patients with type 2 diabetes of the hospital from September 2017 to April 2018 were selected as clinical subjects. They were divided into control group （n=45） and observation group （n=45） by blind selection. The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets， and the observation group was given Gegen Qinlian Decoction on the basis of the control group. The blood glucose control and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in HbA1c， 2 hPG and FBG levels between the two groups before treatment （P>0.05）. After treatment， the above-mentioned index levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group （P<0.05）， and the level of the above-mentioned blood glucose levels in the observation group was significantly decreased （P<0.05）. The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Gegen Qinlian Decoction Tablet is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes， which can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

糖尿病是一種严重威胁人类健康的慢性代谢性疾病，其发病机制主要与胰岛素抵抗有关，而患者的预后及并发症情况与血糖控制水平存在密切关系。因此针对患者病情给予针对性降糖治疗对改善患者预后有重要意义。常规西医治疗常采用二甲双胍等降糖药物治疗，但疗效往往不佳。近年来，研究证实中医治疗糖尿病取得了独特的疗效[1]。该文2017年9月—2018年4月间给予2型糖尿病患者葛根芩连汤饮片治疗，分析其临床治疗效果，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

将来该院就诊的90例2型糖尿病患者作为临床研究对象，将其采用盲选方法分为对照组（n=45）与观察组（n=45）。观察组：男性23例，女性22例，年龄41～72岁，平均年龄（53.5±8.2）岁;病程1～12年，平均病程（5.5±1.3）年。对照组：男性24例，女性21例，年龄42～71岁，平均年龄（54.1±8.3）岁;病程1～11.9年，平均病程（5.4±1.1）年。两组的基本资料相比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。
