[摘要] 目的 分析中医体质护理对2型糖尿病前期痰湿体质患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取2016年8月—2017年12月医院健康管理中心收治的糖尿病前期痰湿体质患者100例，每入选1例对象便抽签分组。对照组与观察组各50例，分别采用常规生活管理指导以及中医体质护理，持续3个月。结果 未见退出例。干预后，两组对象的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于治疗前，组间对比观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预后，观察组生理状况、情感状态、功能状况、总分高于干预前，对照组生理状况、功能状况、总分高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预后，观察组生理状况、情感状态、总分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 中医体质护理对2型糖尿病前期患者生活质量改善效果更为显著。

Effect of TCM Constitutional Nursing on Quality of Life in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of TCM constitutional nursing on the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus before phlegm and blood stasis. Methods From August 2016 to December 2017， 100 patients with pre-diabetes dysfunction in the Hospital Health Management Center were selected for each subject. 50 patients in the control group and the observation group were treated with routine life management guidance and TCM constitutional care for 3 months. Results No exit cases were seen. After intervention， the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment， and the comparison between the groups was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）. After the intervention， the physiological status， emotional state， functional status and total score of the observation group were higher than those before the intervention. The physiological status， functional status and total score of the control group were higher than those before the intervention， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After the intervention， the physiological status， emotional state and total score of the observation group were higher than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion TCM constitutional nursing is more effective in improving the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes.

2型糖尿病是常見的社区慢性代谢性疾病，中国成人发生率约为13%，危害巨大，并发症多，是居民主要卫生负担来源[1]。2型糖尿病前期是指糖耐量受损、下降的但尚未达到2型糖尿病诊断标准的一种病理状态，若管理不当会进展为2型糖尿病。2型糖尿病前期给患者带来较大的心理压力，损害生活质量。过去对于2型糖尿病前期的管理以生活管理为主，强调饮食控制，以控制血糖，保护β细胞功能，但是严格的生活管理可能给患者带来更大的压力。体质是中医经典理论，大量研究证实糖尿病前期还是与痰湿质等病理性体质有关[2]。理论上，以体质理论指导护理，客观上有助于控制病理性体质，转变为平和体质，控制2型糖尿病发生的危险因素，提升生活质量。该文采用对照研究，筛选2016年8月—2017年12月医院健康管理中心收治的糖尿病前期痰湿体质患者100例，评价中医体质护理的应用价值，现报道如下。……
