摘要 近年来脑卒中的发病率逐年升高，吞咽功能障碍是脑卒中常见的并发症之一，严重影响患者的生活自理能力。目前冰刺激、电刺激等西医疗法被视为治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的常规疗法，但其效果不尽人意。中医疗法尤其是针灸治疗以其安全性高、疗效显著近年来被广泛运用于治疗脑卒中诸多并发症，且取得了较为满意的疗效。笔者对近年来针灸治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍进行回顾，以期明确针灸治疗脑卒中吞咽功能障碍存在的问题及今后的研究方向。

Abstract In recent years the incidence of stroke increased year by year.Swallowing dysfunction is one of the most common complications of stroke，and strongly impact on self-care ability of patients′ daily life.The ice stimulation，electrical stimulation and other western medicine treatment were regarded as conventional therapy of swallowing dysfunction after stroke，but the effect was dissatisfactory.Chinese medicine therapy，especially acupuncture therapy with its high safety，efficacy significantly，in recent years was widely applied in treating stroke complications，and has obtained better satisfactory curative effect.This paper reviewed acupuncture treatment in swallowing dysfunction after stroke in recent years，in order to make it clear acupuncture treatment of stroke swallowing dysfunction and future research direction.

吞咽功能障碍是脑卒中的常见并发症之一，其导致患者的吞咽功能减退，容易继发吸入性肺炎、堵塞性肺炎、营养不良等，甚至可危及患者的生命安全[1]。中医学将脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍归纳为“中风”“喉痹”等范畴，认为本虚标实是其主要病性，标为风火相搏，本为肝肾不足、气血亏虚，病位在舌咽、脑窍，与心、肝、脾、肾等均关系密切。目前临床医学认为脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍是治疗难点，近年来诸多研究人员发现针灸干预治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍有理想疗效，笔者就近年针灸治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的进展做一回顾，具体如下。

1 体针联合头项针疗法

目前多数学者认为体针疗法是治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的传统针刺方法，而头颈项针近些年的使用亦颇为广泛，这方面的研究方兴未艾。……
