【摘要】 目的：观察重症监护护理干预的方式与效果。方法：选择2013年12月-2016年12月本院重症监护室收治的80例患者作为研究对象，根据重症监护室入住先后顺序分为两组，先入住重症监护室的40例患者给予常规护理为对照组，后入住重症监护室的40例患者给予护理干预为观察组，比较两组护理满意度、护理质量和心理状态。结果：观察组护理满意度95.0%明显高于对照组77.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理质量评分（90.5±8.2）分明显高于对照组（70.5±11.6）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。护理前，两组SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；护理后，两组SAS、SDS评分与护理前对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；护理后，两组SAS、SDS评分对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：重症监护室患者实施护理干预可以明显提高护理满意度，提高临床护理质量，改善患者焦虑、抑郁等不良心理状态，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the mode and effect of intensive care nursing intervention.Method：Eighty patients admitted to our intensive care unit from December 2013 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects.According to the intensive care unit order，80 patients were randomly divided into two groups，40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing，the observation group was treated with nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction，nursing quality and psychological status of two groups were compared.Result：The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.0% significantly higher than that of the control group 77.5%， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The nursing scores in observation group were （90.5±8.2） scores significantly higher than that of control group （70.5±11.6） scores，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Before treatment，the SAS and SDS scores of two groups had no significant difference（P<0.05）.After nursing，there was significant difference than before nursing（P<0.05）；there were significant differences in two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention in intensive care unit can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction，improve the quality of clinical care，improve the anxiety and depression and other adverse psychological state，it is worthy of popularization and application.

重癥监护病房（ICU）是危重症患者集中场所[1]，实施优质有效的护理和治疗，使患者生命安全得到保障。ICU对护理质量要求很高，需要护理人员具备综合的护理素质，护理人员加强对患者的身体护理时，还要重视对患者心理护理[3]，改善患者不良情绪对于ICU护理质量具有重要影响[4]，可提升护理满意度。因过于忧虑预后，ICU患者大多有焦虑、抑郁等不良心理情绪[5]。本次研究中，选择2013年12月-2016年12月本院重症监护室收治的80例患者作为研究对象，所选80例患者随机分成两组应用不同的护理方式，对比护理结果报道如下。endprint

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选择2013年12月-2016年12月本院重症监护室收治的80例患者作为研究对象，根据重症监护室入住先后顺序分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例。对照组男24例，女16例；年龄30～86岁，平均（55.4±11.8）岁；疾病分类：12例为脑出血，11例为呼吸衰竭，8例为冠心病，9例为多发伤。……
