【摘 要】建筑工程施工测量是建筑工程实体施工的前提和基础性工作，也是施工质量控制工作中一个关键性的工序。本文针对高层建筑施工的特点，通过对建筑工程施工测量工作的实践与研究，提出了高层建筑施工测量质量控制的监理工作要点、方法和工作流程及预防性措施。为的是更有效控制高层建筑施工测量精度，以满足设计、规范、合同规定的各项要求。

【Abstract】Construction engineering construction measurement is the prerequisite and basic work of construction project entity construction， and also a key process in construction quality control work. Based on the characteristics of high - rise building construction， this paper puts forward the key points， methods and working flow and precautionary measures of quality control of high - rise building construction measurement through the practice and research of construction survey and construction work. In order to more effectively control the high-rise building construction measurement accuracy to meet the design， specifications， the provisions of the contract requirements.

当前，随着市场经济的不断发展，各大城市的高层建筑不断兴建。在客观形势要求对高层建筑施工必须更加规范管理，严格质量监理，决不能有丝毫的放松。建设监理制度的逐步推行，按照国家有关上程建设的一系列建设法规及建设监理规范，完善了对工程建设专业化的监督管理，也取得了较好的成效，监理工作的逐步健全规范已到社会普遍认同。本文根据高层建筑施工的特点，结合建筑施工和测量工作的实践与研究，提出了高层建筑施工测量质量控制的工作要点、方法和工作流程及预防性措施。

1. 施工测量监理控制的重要性

建筑工程施工测量监理控制是监理工程师实施工程质量控制中一项关键性工作。为了能有效控制高层建筑施工测量精度，满足工程建设质量要求，监理工程师应根据监理规划、高层建筑的特点，制定出具有可操作性的施工测量监理实施细则与监理工作流程，建立监理控制点，提出预防性控制措施，这是监理工程师实施有效监理的保证。……
