【摘 要】论述了涂装工艺对重防腐涂料性能实现的重要性，介绍了高性能涂装设备——无气喷涂机的型号、特点及其适用的重防腐涂料类型，概述了钢结构缺陷及其预处理等级，不同重防腐涂料对表面处理的要求以及表面处理成本。指出涂装工艺流程的设计以重防腐涂料的涂层配套方案和规定的膜厚，现有涂装设备和涂装流水线的特点，及重防腐涂料的各项施工性能等作为依据。

Development of Coating Technology for Heavy - duty Anti - corrosive Coatings

【Abstract】This paper discusses the importance of the coating process to the performance of heavy anti - corrosion coating， introduces the model and characteristics of the high performance coating equipment - airless sprayer and the type of heavy anti - corrosion coating， and summarizes the defects of steel structure and its pretreatment Grade， different heavy duty coating on the surface treatment requirements and surface treatment costs. It is pointed out that the design of the coating process is based on the coating scheme of the heavy-duty coating and the film thickness， the characteristics of the existing coating equipment and the coating line， and the construction performance of the heavy-duty coating.

1. 前言

1.1 涂装工艺包括工艺流程的设计与布置、涂装设备的选型、表面处理、无气喷涂、固化（干燥）等技术条件的控制等，是重防腐涂料成为产品的过程。因此在重防腐行业，人们对涂装工艺的开发予以极大的关注，特别是集装箱行业，它创新性地推广了施工采用液压泵，自动辊涂车间底漆以及自动喷漆中喷嘴多方位固定排列、箱体移动等3项新工艺，大大提高了生产效率：（1）每3 min可生产一只20尺的集装箱；（2）提高涂层的均匀度，减少涂料耗量2%；（3）严格控制有机溶剂的挥发，取得了节能减排的最好效果。近几年来，涂装技术在船舶行业领先的日本与韩国加强了对先进、环保涂装技术的研究，抢占了技术的制高点，其船舶涂装生产效率比我国高出20%左右。

1.2 中国作为世界第一大造船国，也将提高涂装技术作为主要竞争手段。如中船重工所属的长江、长平机械厂与70l所3家单位成立了中船重工涂装技术联合体，主要攻克涂装技术难关，发展涂装工艺；……
