摘 要：弹性拉紧装置是带式输送机固定拉紧装置的一种，采用弹簧套筒与绞车-滑轮的组合实现弹性拉紧的作用，提供了一种响应快速、结构简单、使用便捷的绞车拉紧装置。主要解决输送机在启动过程中因输送带弹塑性变形而引起的“打带”、打滑、冲击等问题。弹性拉紧装置在中、短型且拉紧行程不大的带式输送机中是理想的拉紧装置，它的应用可获得良好的技术和经济效益并具有一定推广价值。

Abstract： The elastic tension device is a kind of fixed tension device of belt conveyor， and the combination of spring sleeve and winch pulley is used to realize the elastic tension. It provides a fast， simple， easy to use winch to tighten the device. The main solution is the "belt"， skid and impact of conveyor belt elastic-plastic deformation during starting process. Elastic tension device in the medium， short and tighten the belt conveyor in the little trip is the ideal tension device， the application of he could get good technical and economic benefits and has certain popularization value.

带式输送机是一种摩擦驱动以连续方式运输物料的机械，可以用于水平运输或倾斜运输，使用非常方便，其广泛应用于现代化的各种工业企业中，拉紧装置是带式输送机的一个基本组成部分，是保证带式输送机正常工作的重要部件。在带式输送机的总体布置时，选择合适的拉紧装置， 确定其合理的安装位置，是保证输送机正常运转、启动和制动时输送带在传动滚筒上不打滑的重要条件。

1 拉紧装置作用及分类

拉紧装置的作用：（1）产生预紧力，防止输送带在传动滚筒上打滑，确保传动滚筒传递足够的圆周力。（2）使输送带在两节托辊间的垂度满足要求，减小输送带在托辊间的运行阻力，并防止输送带撒料。（3）在带式输送机启、制动及正常运行过程中补偿输送带的塑性和弹性伸长。（4）减小启、制动时输送带中出现的动负荷。（5）为输送带重接接头提供必要的行程。……
