【摘 要】创新是企业发展的基础，创新能力的高低决定了企业的市场竞争能力，在目前全球化的大背景下，企业将会面对越来越多的社会发展矛盾和问题，如何有效地进行经济管理的创新，是企业管理人员目前急需解决和面对的问题。论文结合目前经济管理的创新意义，列举了目前企业经济管理中存在的问题，也从一些具体的理念和制度入手，探讨了企业的发展规划，以供参考。

【Abstract】Innovation is the foundation for the development of enterprises， innovation ability determines the enterprise′s market competition ability， in the current context of globalization， enterprises will face more and more problems and contradictions of social development， how to effectively carry out the innovation of economic management， is the problem faced by enterprise management personnel urgently. Combined with the innovation significance of the current economic management， this paper lists the problems existing in the enterprise's economic management， and probes into the development plan of the enterprise for reference from some specific concepts and systems.

1 引言

在企业的经营管理中，经济管理是企业完全离不开的一种经营手段和模式。在当前的新形势下，虽然我国的企业在经济管理方面已经取得了一定的成绩和发展，但是在实际管理的过程中往往会产生一系列的问题，所以企业一定要采取相关的管理措施来解决。新形势下企业会遇到许多的挑战，也会有很多机遇，只有正确地进行经济管理，分析目前的问题，创新管理体制，才能在社会发展的潮流中站稳脚跟。

2 企业经济管理工作的现状

2.1 基础薄弱，把控能力不强

在改革开放和社会主义经济快速发展的大背景下，中国企业对企业的销售规模和发展模式有了很高的重视，但是人们对于财务管理方面的工作还是有一定的缺陷，所以，在目前我们的企业中还没有较为健全的经济管理制度和模式，管理部门也只是走一下形式而已。一些企业中已经有了完善的经济管理制度，但却没有得到较好的执行，所以这是目前国内企业的一个装饰性道具，没有具体的作用。……
