[摘要] 目的 评价苏黄止咳胶囊治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效与安全性。 方法 检索主要中英文数据库从建库至2015年8月20日苏黄止咳胶囊治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘随机对照试验研究，筛选合格研究。应用Cochrane评价员手册进行偏倚风险评价，Jadad评分法进行质量评价。应用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 对符合纳入标准的5篇文献进行Meta 分析显示，对比治疗组及对照组，两组临床疗效总有效率比值比（odds ratio，OR）为5.70，95%可信区间（confidence interval，CI）[2.95，11.01]，差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）；临床疗效愈显率OR为3.38，95% CI[2.04，5.60]，差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）。 结论 苏黄止咳胶囊治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘有显著临床疗效，但仍需更多高质量、大样本的临床研究来进一步验证。

Systematic evaluation of Suhuang Zhike capsule in the treatment of children's cough variant asthma

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Suhuang Zhike capsule in the treatment of children's cough variant asthma. Methods Randomized controlled trials on Suhuang Zhike capsule in the treatment of children's cough variant asthma were searched in the Chinese and English databases from the establishment of database to August 20th， 2015， and qualified studies were screened. The Cochrane Reviewer's Manual was applied to perform bias risk evaluation， and Jadad score method was applied for quality evaluation. Meta-analysis was performed via RevMan 5.3 software. Results Meta-analysis of five articles complying with the inclusion criteria showed that the odds ratio（OR） of the total effective rate of clinical efficacy was 5.70 in the comparison between the treatment group and the control group， and the 95% confidence interval （CI） was [2.95，11.01]. The difference was statistically significant （P<0.001）； OR of clinical efficacy and the cured and markedly effective rate was 3.38， 95%CI[2.04，5.60]， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.001）. Conclusion Suhuang Zhike capsule has a significant clinical curative effect in the treatment of children's cough variant asthma. However， more large samples of high-quality clinical researches are needed for further verification.

咳嗽變异性哮喘（cough variant asthma，CVA）任何年龄均可发病，慢性咳嗽是其最主要临床表现，气道高反应性参与是其主要病因机制。小儿因抵抗力差、呼吸道防御系统发育不完全等原因，该病在小儿呼吸道疾病中比较常见[1]。CVA是特殊类型的哮喘，以持续气道慢性炎症与气道高反应性为其主要病理生理改变[2，3]，且调节性T淋巴细胞及其调控基因减低[4]。苏黄止咳胶囊包括牛蒡子、麻黄、地龙、枇杷叶、紫苏叶、前胡、蝉蜕、五味子等中药。现在医学研究表明苏黄止咳胶囊具有止咳、消炎、平喘、祛痰等功能[5，6]。已有临床研究表明苏黄止咳胶囊结合西药治疗小儿CVA临床疗效显著[7，8]，笔者收集了近期相关的随机对照试验进行了系统评价，现报道如下。endprint
