[摘要] 随着医疗卫生体制改革的进行，医院间的竞争日益激烈，其中也突出表现在医院文化的竞争上。因此，如何提升医院竞争力，促进医院长足发展是所有医院工作者的奋斗目标和任务。创建和实施优良的医院文化是维持核心竞争力和特色的重要途径，而医院共青团作为医院的青年先锋队组织，对医院文化建设有着重要的作用。该文力求有效梳理医院共青团工作和医院文化建设间的联系及影响，制定正确的共青团参与医院文化体系建设目标，展现共青团工作对医院文化体系建设所发挥的重要推动功能，从而探索出新形势下医院共青团实施文化体系建设的新途径、新方法。

[Abstract] With the reform of medical health system reform， the competition between hospitals is increasingly fierce， such as hospital culture competition， therefore， how to improve the hospital competition and promote the long-term development is the goal and task of all hospital workers， and the construction and implementation of excellent hospital culture is an important route of maintaining the core competition and features， and the hospital communist youth league， as the hospital youth pioneer organization， has an important effect on the hospital culture construction， and the paper effectively combs the connection between the work in the communist youth league and hospital culture hospital， makes the correct goal and shows the important promotion effect of it in the hospital cultural system construction thus exploring the new route and new method of communist youth league in culture construction under the new situation.

醫院文化是医院在长期的现实操作和运营过程中，逐渐产生的包含所有医院工作者意识、思想、个性及行为的总和，能够在一定程度上彰显医院的整体水平，体现当下思想及文化对医院工作所造成的影响及渗透，是医院持续改进和完善的必要思想保障，也是医院长期发展中的关键构成成分[1]。青年人是医院进步和提升的关键人员基础，能够为医院的日后发展注入源源不断的新鲜力量，在整个医院文化建设体系中发挥重要的影响及功能。共青团作为年轻一代实施文化体系建设的关键途径，一定要全面激发和提高他们的自主性和创新性，确保其能够进一步促进医院文化体系的创建和完善。……
