[摘要] 目的 分析婴幼儿行为发育对于儿童保健方面的需求，进一步探讨儿童保健起到的干预作用。方法 随机选取该院2015年3月—2016年3月期间基层保健中心0～12个月的106名婴儿作为该次的研究对象，其中接受儿童保健的56名，作为观察组，不接受儿童保健的50名作为对照组，对两组婴幼儿的行为发育进行比较。结果 经过儿童保健的56名婴幼儿，无论在体格发育、运动发育还是语言、情感等方面的发育，均优于对照组的50名婴幼儿，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 有效分析婴幼儿的保健需求并采取有效儿童保健工作，对于婴幼儿的成长发育具有显著的促进作用，值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the healthcare demand for infant behavior development in the healthcare in children thus further discussing the intervention effect on the healthcare in children. Methods 106 cases of infants aged from 0 to 12 months in the primary healthcare center in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected， the observation group with 56 cases adopted the children healthcare， while the control group with 50 cases did not accept the children healthcare， and the behavior development of the two groups was compared. Results After the children healthcare， the physical development， motor development and language and emotion development in the observation group （56 cases） were better than those in the control group （50 cases）， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Effectively analyzing the healthcare demands of infants and adopting the effective children healthcare work has an obvious promotion role in the development of infants， which is worth promotion and application.

嬰幼儿的健康成长一直以来都是社会和国家关注的焦点，随着我国医疗健康事业的深入发展，预防为主的卫生方针逐渐贯彻到全国各地，并随着计划免疫的开展，使儿童传染疾病发生的概率大大降低，這对于婴幼儿的体格、运动等多方面的发育起到重要作用。家庭是婴幼儿成长发育的主要场所，因此要重视家庭教育指导干预的重要性，这不仅可以有效促进婴幼儿良好习惯的养成，还对婴幼儿健康发育起到重要的作用。按照国家的相关规定，0～12个月的婴幼儿全年要接受健康保健服务4次，对于这个规定，该院也是作为基本准则，并鉴于儿童保健的长远意义，特选取106名婴幼儿作为研究对象，并对其中56名婴幼儿采取健康干预，并观察分析影响效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
